Kiaira was my service advisor and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She was easy to communicate with and is just what you want as a service representative. I also dealt with Justi knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She was easy to communicate with and is just what you want as a service representative. I also dealt with Justin, who is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, above average in knowledge about Chrysler vehicles, and who believes in taking care of the customer no matter what. The dealership has a well trained and experienced staff that should be your only choice for servicing and repairing your FCA vehicle. I applaud Chris and especially Gary (the technician who worked on my vehicle) for their dedication and professionalism. I would also like to point out Josh, the service manager. The service department ran into an issue where their porter was running late on a task for another department and was unable to pick me up at the time promised. I was in no hurry and told the service department they could just pick me up the following day, but to my surprise the service manager himself picked me up at the promised time. He didn’t have to do it, but he explained that he would do whatever was necessary to take care of each customer and I did appreciate it. That shows me the service department will use any means at their disposal to see to the needs of their customers. If anything, the service department could use more personnel at their disposal. If the porter has to go on a task for a different department or you have to wait for a technician to be available before you can get a shuttle ride, maybe the service department should be allocated more resources by the dealership. Remember that your surveys are two parts: the employees you dealt with and the dealership itself. If you have a problem with one, don’t penalize the other, whether employee or dealership experience.
