It is with high hopes that Mitchell Buick GMC accepts my most sincere apology. I contacted Mr. Moore privately to discuss the matter. He didn't have the answers but on his own, he took it upon himself to investigate deeper and came up with a solution. Due to a loan sanfu created by ME, GM misinformed me that Mitchell would actually remit the check. This caused me to overreact with this review. Mr. Moore found out that indeed GM would be sending me the check and even contacted them, and he personally called me yesterday to tell me the check was cut and on the way. The check was in my mailbox today. Although, during the process there was a lack of communication, with others at the dealership, Mr. Moore did as he said: "I take these matters seriously". Thank you, Mr. Moore and the rest of your team at Mitchell Buick GMC. Problem satisfactory Handled.
