Stopped by dealership to have fuel door warranty part ordered for a future visit to complete repair. Took too long just to get a part ordered. Multiple people had to come and look, most had no idea what ordered for a future visit to complete repair. Took too long just to get a part ordered. Multiple people had to come and look, most had no idea what it needed for repair. 45 minutes is too long. Arrived on time to have repair completed and again truck sat and waited 15 minutes or so before it was taken back. Actual repair didn’t even take that long. Since we are from out of town, thankful for an air conditioned waiting room as no loaner vehicles were available for us to do other errands in town while we waited. More
