For the first time of having service work done, I was not satisfied with the service. The actual work is probably very good but the personal service is lacking. I left my truck there on Tuesday to have the t satisfied with the service. The actual work is probably very good but the personal service is lacking. I left my truck there on Tuesday to have the transmission and transfer case serviced and was told that they would get right on it. I also told them I would not be back to pick it up until Friday or Saturday, so I was told that after servicing the truck they would park it outside, lock it and hide the key and then call me and tell me where the key was. I called on Friday to check to be sure my truck was ready to pick up, and was told that they would be servicing it that afternoon. This was not the agreement. It was to be ready to be picked up on Friday, not worked on on Friday. I did get a call back later that afternoon telling me that my truck was ready to be picked up and I paid the bill over the phone since I could not pick it until Saturday afternoon. I never got a call to tell me where the key was hidden and when I showed up I looked everywhere for it, but no key! Luckily I had a spare and was able to take my truck. I do not live in Haskell and now I have to drive back to Haskell to retrieve my key from the service department. Not Good Relations!! More
