While the car shopping/purchasing experience was great, the aftercare I have experienced has been disappointing to say the least. Purchasing the 2017 plug in Prius I would expect the car to come with the a the aftercare I have experienced has been disappointing to say the least. Purchasing the 2017 plug in Prius I would expect the car to come with the associated charging cable. I reached out to express concern about that not being with the vehicle (not to mention the salesman said he would think it would be with the vehicle as well). Justin (I believe) said he would reach out to the original owners to see if they still had it, and would get Back to me. It’s nearly two weeks later and I have heard nothing. I understand that the dealer may not be able to replace this product due to costs associated but it is incredibly disappointing to be forgotten about after purchase, without so much as an apology. I HIGHLY recommend checking over every square centimeter of your car before you sign any papers as after you purchase the car you are likely not to receive any help. While I am happy with the vehicle (after purchasing the cable myself) if I had known the charging cable (as well as a second key) could not or would not be included I would have likely shopped around a bit more. I recently had my Nissan serviced at Nissan Hyundai in Missoula and was very pleased with the customer service and the resolution of the problem. There was a warranty recall, as well as an airbag light th Missoula and was very pleased with the customer service and the resolution of the problem. There was a warranty recall, as well as an airbag light that wouldn't go off. Nissan did the diagnostics and repair at no charge. I'm very pleased with the service I received. More
