Our sales lady Paige offered us a better deal than her internet quote (I shopped around online before going to the dealer), went through every detail of the vehicle throughout the entire transaction, and did not persuade us to purchase any optional package/warranty. I drove the car off the lot within hours. This is my 3rd luxury car and 6th auto purchase. The shopping experience had never been better. I had ANOTHER amazing experience at Norm Reeves Acura Mission Viejo. I was unhappy in my previous vehicle and my husband talked to Mark about it.
