This is my second Infiniti. Yes, it's a great car, no doubt. But there are lots of great cars out there. I chose another Infiniti because I wanted to continue to bring my car to Mission Viejo Infiniti doubt. But there are lots of great cars out there. I always feel like he is working for me, and not working to get more money out of me. He tells me what I need done and doesn't try to constantly upsell me into something I don't want or need. Basically, it's a relationship based on trust. Now go and say that about other service departments!! More
I've purchased my second car from Infinity of MV. I normally work with the service guy there (Jerry). Other than changing his name to somethin i can spell, he is friendly, outgoing and does a good job normally work with the service guy there (Jerry). Other than changing his name to somethin i can spell, he is friendly, outgoing and does a good job of advising on what is needed. He is even sympathetic to cost issues (i'm cheap and he knows it). I recently bought a new G37 when i sold my FX35 and he was spot on about what my impressions of the G37 would be after driving the FX. I like the G37, but loved the FX. While i didn't have a lick of mechanical problems with my FX, I had almost all of my major services done at Infinity of MV. I see no reason to change with the G37. More
Jerry Pagliassotti has great customer service skills. He did everything he said he would in the time he said he would. Even though I did not have an appointment, a rental car was available and it only cost did everything he said he would in the time he said he would. Even though I did not have an appointment, a rental car was available and it only cost me $7. They needed my car for a few days since I was also getting body work done, which came out great. The price on a set of tires was about the same price I would have paid at Big O. More

I have only great things to say about Jerry Pagliassotti, he is always extremely helpful and, a big plus is, he's fun to deal with, a good sense of humor. Since then, I have had the majority of the work done on my car in Mission Viejo, CA and have been more than pleased with the quality of the service I have received.
