I do love my Infiniti and Mission Viejo has treated me great, from my purchase many years ago to the service I get for my maintenance. Jerry is great, always looking for my best interest. I had a rooter great, from my purchase many years ago to the service I get for my maintenance. Jerry is great, always looking for my best interest. I had a rooter issue, he found out that my car was still under warranty until I hit 100,000 miles, I had over 96k at the time, got my car fixed for practically nothing and if Jerry did not tell me about the warranty, I would not have realized it was not only an option the best option. I trust Jerry with my car and his opinions. Thanks John More

In the last 8 years, I've purchased two Infiniti vehicles from Infiniti of Mission Viejo. Although it is 17 miles from my home, I go out of my way to do business with them. They are superior in every way to from Infiniti of Mission Viejo. Although it is 17 miles from my home, I go out of my way to do business with them. They are superior in every way to any dealership I've ever visited. My service advisor, Jerry Pagliasotti, is the best! He accommodates all my quirky loaner car needs, saves me money, and makes sure everything about my G35 is "perfect", the way I want it. He even taught me how to use my paddle shifters. (And....he thinks I'm funny.) Very enjoyable experience at Infiniti of Mission Viejo, whenever I need anything done to my car (new tires, new brakes, new battery, etc.) I also highly recommend their complete detail service; my 2007 G35 looks brand new, and the engine is so clean, I keep popping the hood just to look at it again! Sweet. More

Thanks to Jerry and his team of mechanics for consistently excellent service, always fairly priced. I've been taking my car there for eight years (ever since I bought it), and it runs almost like consistently excellent service, always fairly priced. I've been taking my car there for eight years (ever since I bought it), and it runs almost like new. In over 40 years of car ownership, I have never found a service team to match this one.
