I am a Connecticut resident, and while recently visiting my sister in California I admired her "bling" license plate frame. She told me she had purchased it at her Infiniti dealership when she purchased her my sister in California I admired her "bling" license plate frame. She told me she had purchased it at her Infiniti dealership when she purchased her new Infiniti. After searching the internet for similar products, I found nothing that compared to the quality of her product. I telephoned the dealership and was connected to Rudy Espinosa. He went above and beyond in customer service, sending me photos of all my different choices, explaining the craftsmanship of the plate frames, and contacting me with tracking information to let me know when I could expect my new "bling" plates. Rudy also followed up to make sure I had received my product and that I was satisfied. I am very satisfied with my new "bling" plates, and the exceptional service I received from Rudy Espinosa. More

I have been going to Infiniti of Mission Viejo for the last 5 years. I would like to thank them and specifically Jerry Pagliassotti for always going above and beyond when it comes to service. I went to the dealership one last time for service before my move to Houston and Jerry went out of his way to provide me with Infiniti dealership phone numbers along my drive in case anything bad happened and even recommended a route for me to take. Jerry has always come to greet me upon arrival and has provided extrememly clear explanation of services needed. After meeting him once I knew I could trust him, which is extremely important to me. My car continues to run great because the quality of service, it has not broken down once. On a side note, the tire prices here are extremely competitve which greatly suprised me for a dealership and there is great popcorn in the lobby. More

I had been to another dealer before coming to Rudy Espinoza, I use to come to you all the time when you worked in Huntington Beach for all my parts. I had been to another dealer before coming to Huntington Beach and I never received service from them like I did from you. You knew your parts very very well even when I didnt know what it was I was asking for you just knew off of my crazy description or you would take the time to go out to my car and look at what I was talking about. One time I was asking for a vent on my passanger side floor board area that had come off and not only did you get my part fast you even helped me install it. You were very helpful with everything. You are an asset to any company you work for!! And now since I know your working there I am going to make Infiniti of Mission Viejo my one and only place for all my needs. If there is one thing I hate, it is waiting for service on my vehicle! However, this has never happened at Mission Viejo Infiniti. I get a reminder call that my vehicle is due for service, I call in and se on my vehicle! However, this has never happened at Mission Viejo Infiniti. I get a reminder call that my vehicle is due for service, I call in and set up an appointment (when I want), drop off the car on the way to work, and pick up my loaner. My personal service rep - Jerry Pagliassotti - knows my car and my driving habits! He might recommend additional services, but he will alway tell you whether or not you "should" have the service or "can do without" the service. He is honest, and always follows-up on the service performed. He goes beyond doing what is "necessary" for the car. As an example, I recently traded in my 2004 G35 coupe for a 2013 G37 coupe. At delivery Jerry went over the car and decided the finish wasn't "smooth" enough and so he asked me to bring the car back into service so he could have it "clay-barred". No charge, no hassel. But what a difference it made to the finish of the car! Thanks Jerry! More
