I only take my car to him because I trust him and his advice. He is on top of everything I need as a customer and goes above and beyond. He communicates, explains and takes the stress out of having your car serviced. I would get another inifiniti just because I know he is there in the service department to support maintaining the vehicle for the life of the car. He truly looks out for the customer and I am so lucky to have him there whenever I have a question!!!! I hope that you give him a raise or a promotion because he is a GREAT investment!! I can't say enough about Jerry Pagliassotti in the service department. He makes each and every scheduled service quick and painless. My car is going on 9 years old Jerry is very upfront and honest a service department. He makes each and every scheduled service quick and painless. My car is going on 9 years old Jerry is very upfront and honest about which services I need and which I could do without (i.e. burned out lights, faulty or failing sensors, etc...) In fact, I recently brought in my car for normal service and brought to their attention that my passenger seat was not able to recline any longer. The original service person I was given didn't even look at the seat. He simply said that the electrical switch had gone bad and tried to get me to pay $250-$300 to fix it!!!! I went to Jerry shortly there after and he took the time to actually go out and look at the problem. He noticed that the switch was actually still functional, but there was some dirt and debris that was blocking the connection. He recommended my buying a can of electric contact solution and spraying it in the switch...... THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!! I spent $8 to fix a problem that someone else told me would cost upwards of $300. That's the type of service and professionalism I have come to expect from him. And that is what keeps me coming back to their service center. More
I brought my car in based on the reviews I saw on yelp. I am very glad to say that I am truly impressed by the diligence, professionalism and attention given to me and my vehicle. He called me to keep me posted on the status of the service and when I picked up my car, he guided me through all the work that had been done to it. I had a horrible experience with the service department today. I made an appointment several days ago to have a recall repair done. I was told the repair would take about 2 hours, so I made an appointment today. I made an appointment several days ago to have a recall repair done. I was told the repair would take about 2 hours, so I made an appointment for 1 pm today. They asked me which advisor I would like, and since I have known Tony Beheshti many years ago when he ran an European car repair shop (I had my Mercedes and BMW serviced there), I asked for Tony. They called me to confirm my appointment yesterday (which I did) and also sent me an email reminder. When I showed up for my appointment, Tony was not there. Another advisor told me that they were fully booked and couldn't take my car. In addition, since they are out of loaner cars, I was not able to leave my car there and get a loaner. So the bottom line was that although I made and confirmed my appointment, they were too busy to service my car!! I took off work this afternoon to get the repair done; instead, I had to do it another day. I tried to talk to the Manager there but so far has no success. I owned a G35 before and bought my M35 here at Infiniti of MV. I was thinking of trading my car in for another M, and my wife was thinking of getting a J. Before today, I would have naturally gone to them for the new cars, but after today, never again. I made an appointment with another dealership next week for the recall repair and will probably get my new cars from them. Great job in mistreating and thereby losing your customers! I will make sure I post my reviews elsewhere and file my complaint with Infiniti USA. More
Jerry is the best. He always remembers my name (and my husband's name!) and he gets me in and out in less than an hour for a routine service (oil change) which I really appreciate. He is always energetic husband's name!) and he gets me in and out in less than an hour for a routine service (oil change) which I really appreciate. He is always energetic (to say the least!) and he makes coming to the dealership a pleasant experience especially during the construction. I would recommend Jerry and this dealership to anyone who was interested in owning an Infiniti. It is always a pleasant experience whether I am buying/leasing a car or having it serviced. Thank you!
