Our teenage son went alone to look at cars at this dealership. My husband was at work and couldn’t accompany him, but he spoke directly with the salesman (Haqqi Shamran) by phone and asked the salesma dealership. The salesman was friendly and understood my husband’s concern that our overly eager, completely green, 18-year-old son was at a car dealership by himself, and he agreed to call my husband in the event of a possible purchase. Long story short, the salesman did NOT call my husband before completing a sale of a brand new, price-inflated car, and saddling him with an 18% interest rate over a SIX (not five) year-loan with their rip-off dealer financing (his credit score was 720). This freshman college-student has an unaffordable, unsustainable car payment just shy of $600 a month. Then they loaded him up with full-coverage car insurance at an additional $400 a month. Our 18-year-old son is an 'adult' (legally, anyway) and it's his own fault for allowing himself to get screwed over and financially wrecked by not doing proper research and by signing contracts he didn't thoroughly understand. We taught him better than that. He acknowledges his errors and takes responsibility for making such poor choices. It's been and continues to be a very painful, stressful lesson for him (he wasn't able to get the loan refinanced elsewhere so he's stuck with these terms for a while). That being said, what kind of business screws over naive teenagers to increase the bottom line? Just because something's legal to do doesn't mean it should be done. It's called 'morality.' Once the used car was paid for the hand shaking, smiles and promises were gone. Corey the sales person told me to bring the car in after a couple of days, it had a horrible shake. Shocking the new car service manager said he didn't feel a thing. As it turns out, the car had two broken motor mounts but yet Elo the service manager said he didn't feel a thing. If a service manager can't feel broken motor mounts either he was just blowing me off or needs a different occupation. The only redeeming thing about the experience was Ruben. He took his time and found the issue and took care of it with the utmost professionalism. The salesman promised at the point of sale to get a new antenna to replace the broken one. After three reminders and the car there for almost two weeks, still no antenna. He also promised a deep cleaning of the interior, it was vacuumed at the very best. Spent $200 to have it done and turned out beautifully. Even took the ink stain left on seat by Corey. New or used, look elsewhere. I would have taken a $1,000 dollar loss just have them take it back. Empty promises and ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY with Zero results . The service department is the worse , the communication is poor. The whole establishment is bare minimum from the beginning to the end. From their waiting area to their employees with the exception of Abraham Romo (he deserves a better employer) My personal experience has always been terrible with the service department from being over charged, to the car not being returned in the same conditions, to delayed service you name it I’ve experienced it. The service had gotten so bad that I had a direct line to Elo the service manger (worst of the worst ) to the point of who ever gave him his title should be fired for hiring such a bitter lack of respect individual. Elo Has zero customer service and takes zero accountability for when he has fell short on his word & for his employees beneath him who are his puppets (Armando) literally the blind leading the blind. Elo is classless and when you tell him you’re disappointed he will disrespect you and tell his puppets to NOT service your vehicle . I have proof of every interaction I’ve had with this no good establishment. I spoke with Louis the pretend manager who said he was the general manager then later found out he is the internet manager .I received One follow up from Louis with zero information & zero results after I left tons of voicemails and messages but never herd back . louis stated he knows the owners & cares but certainly dropped the ball we never spoke again so then I Spoke with Jack the sales manager & he did absolutely nothing but run his mouth also zero results . Unfortunately there is no corporate number and it’s one big circle with no accountability. Everyone passes it off until it falls to the waste side. My car went in for routine maintenance and a check up On an on going issue with my wireless charger they conducted a reset and now the whole thing is messed up I went in Jan 12th & they kept my car over night with no conversation left me careless overnight then they called me the next day saying they messed up they are going to keep my car even longer . Only to find out they were lying about the issue told Elo how upset I was because there was no follow up on his word, he made the issue worse then told them Not to work on it here we are a month later and not one call has came my way with neither an apology or Information but it’s okay a claim will be made To the better business bureau and we will have conversations with legal in the future I’m sick of waiting for them to take accountability and to threaten a customer then make light of it then leave a car in a condition worse then how it was given . You’ve crossed the line . We will be in touch . & to the owners . You left Elo unchecked for too long .& to the managers who pretended to give a xxxx your just as guilty as the idiot who set you all Up clean up his mess. More
Do not buy a used vehicle from here. They only care about sales not getting you in a quality vehicle. Had my 16 fusion less then 5months and i need a turbo rebuild plus new headlights ! I have just purchased our second car from Mission Mitsubishi in San Antonio, TX. Our first car was a Mirage G5. Our newest vehicle is an Eclipse Cross with Full Automatic 4 wheel drive. It is so beautiful the second you look at it. That is the best way I can describe my first thoughts about the vehicle. It is so amazing!!! I can feel each tire operating on it's own as it works together with the other three tires. The full Leather seats and interior are so luxurious That leather feels good in my hands as I grip the steering wheel. With the heat here, the automatic start and the ability to turn on the AC/Heat from inside the house is convenient. Haqqi Shamran sold us our second vehicle. I had him going around to all the vehicles inside many times. He was so knowledgeable about how everything worked in all of the vehicles we looked at. He never once looked to others to help out. They displayed a totally loaded Mirage. That was smooth!!! Then we looked at both Outlanders. I wanted both...lol Those are the Sports model and the Sedan. The Sedan was the original vehicle I wanted prior to arriving at the Show room....but my eye caught that Light Toffe/Soft Latte colored Eclipse. The tires were so sexy. The leather smelled so scrumptious. The seats are contoured to my body and the headrest was perfect. Haqqi took care of my friend and I that day. He even introduced us to the manager. I showed up that weekend with my husband. He wanted the Outlander Sports model at first but the second he saw the Ecllipse he loved it too. Haqqi was wonderful with all of the paperwork and got us through the Gap insurance we wanted quite quickly. Well, today my friend and I will pick up our new plates. Thank You Mission Mitsubishi, Ali and especially Haqqi. We will definitely be looking for you in a few years. The Johnson's More

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from this place. I bought a 2022 Mirage last October. I did not buy an extended warranty. The factory warranty is ONLY for about 12000 miles. My AC has gone out. Of course, it requires the crazy, expensive freon R1234yf. Quotes to fix this are about 500 bucks! INSANE! Also, there is something weird about the tires that are required for this vehicle! BEWARE!!!!!!!! More
My salesman was awsome, did not try to haggle with me. We knew what we wanted and what we were their for. He made sure we understood and that we really wanted what we wanted. This was not that at all Steve Rodriguez was professional and a straightforward person. He made us feel like he was giving us a family hook up or something. I will refer anyone I know to mission and Steve. Thanks for the experience! More
