HE BLEW ME OFF! After he found out I didn't have my driver's license on me and it wasn't possible to make a sale that day, he stopped answering my questions. He kept saying he wanted to go inside and get me his business card and while we were waiting someone else came out to give me his card, didn't offer to help me, and told me that no one could help because they were really busy. I was one of two customers on the lot. It was obvious that when he thought he wasn't going to sell he went and sent someone else off to blow me off. I don't know how young and stupid he thought I was but i didn't leave before speaking with a manger and calling Mr. Nieman from customer care. I won't forget how he ruined my first car buying experience. More

I got a brand new 2013 Golf and i LOVE it! Armando was awesome- he knows everything about the cars and is extremely helpful.
