I was looking forward to test driving the Jetta and Passat vehicles at the VW dealership and when I arrived on the lot I already spotted a couple I was excited to try. She was incredibly friendly and I could tell right away was going to make this test driving experience fun. She asked great questions to see what I was looking for, what I wanted, and what sort of budget I was giving myself. She showed me several different choices and then we found the one ha ha. I found the midnight blue color I wanted with the options I wanted and the next thing I know the fantastic finance department was making me an offer I couldn't refuse. A couple of weeks after we had purchased the vehicle I notice some overspray paint drip on the rear bumper and I told Christa about it and she took care of it no questions asked. We were given a loaner car courtesy of City Volkswagon while our car was there, and when i picked it up our car, it was washed for us and they even filled the gas tank!
