This is the fourth VW I have gotten from this dealership, and I have always been impressed by their service, professionalism and friendliness. I consider myself somewhat of a "carwhore," jokingly. Only because I tend to purchase a car every three to four years. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to own several different variety of vehicles. My first encounter with VW came in 2010, when my partner was in search of a vehicle. We visited City VW to take a look. I never have been serious about VW, but was impressed with the line up of vehicles. Most people are aware of the Passat, Jetta, Golf, and Beetle. I was impressed with the GTI. So impressed, that I traded my Mini Cooper in for a 2010 Autobahn GTI. Sweet and fun ride. Then, as per my usual, I started noticing the VW EOS. Amazing so, since there seems to be so few around. I researched this vehicle and became even more interested. I dropped in to City VW to test drive one, met with a yound man by the name of Matt, unfortunately, his last name escapes my memory. Nonetheless, it was an easy visit, and a fun test ride. I had originally worked with Ana Ituarte, an specifically asked for her assistance, but she was not available that day. I eventually sold my GTI via private sell and even made a tiny profit, and decided to pursue finding the exact EOS I wanted. With Ana's help, along with the management's help at City VW, they were able to find the exact vehicle I wanted!!! Thanks to Ana's casual and easy approach and fun conversations, I decided to lease the vehicle. I am not a fan, but with my history of buying and trading, and not usually getting the best deal, we decided to try this avenue and see what my desires bring me in 42 months--ha! Bottom line, it was an easy and seamless transition and I am happy to report that I am driving one heck of a beautiful vehicle. Ana treated me like I was one of her family members, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the deal. The staff at the dealership spent a good deal of time looking for the exact car I wanted, even when it meant calling several other dealers and having the particular car brought down. Even though the deal took a little longer to complete than some, it was well worth it. I can't speak for the other salespersons at the dealer, but I've already recommended Ana to another friend of mine -- and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. More
