Firstly it is important that I mention that I have not purchased a new vehicle for many years and held the stereotypical views of car sales and staff. Therefore we set out to find a vehicle that would offer the optimal combination of fuel economy, safety and sportiness. Ana met us immediately upon our first arrival to the City VW dealership and presented to us the utmost level of courtesy, friendliness, experience, knowledge, patience, guidance, professionalism and assistance. Needless to say this experience left us with a lasting impression and when combined with the many attractive features of the 2013 VW Jetta TDI Wagon my wife and I immediately sensed this was the right choice for us. Subsequently, we pursued other options, did our homework and conducted other test drives with other vehicles. Yet with each of these other driving and service experiences it became more and more clear that the 2013 VW Jetta TDI Wagon was the best selection especially in consideration of the personal attention we received from Ana. We ultimately returned to City VW and Ana once again met us with recognition and again with her personable approach assisted us to a level that even exceeded our great satisfaction from the first visit with another test drive and an offer of even more valuable information and background of the VW vehicles in general and the TDI Clean Diesel specifically. The very next day I bought this car and will recommend the City VW Dealership and Ana in particular to anyone I know ( or don't know) that is looking to buy a new car! More

Christa was very helpful in letting me make my own decision, she didn't try to steer me toward one car over the other. I came in looking for a Beetle or a Jetta and after two test drives with the Jett decision, she didn't try to steer me toward one car over the other. I came in looking for a Beetle or a Jetta and after two test drives with the Jetta and Passat I ended up with the Passat. It is a wonderful car and she did a great job of letting me see for myself that it was. She was eager to show me all the features of both cars not just the more expensive Passat. When I first came to City, I was interested in a used VW (the car I ended up buying). It wasn't actually available for me to test drive, but Ana found me a very similar car to test drive. She didn't pressure me to get something different than what I was looking for and gave me plenty of time to look around despite the rain. The next day, I came back twice and was going back and forth with another car trying to decide what to do. Ana was patient and provided me with all of the information. When I came back later, Ana was busy, so Dago had to help me. Dago was also very excellent and patient. I never felt like they were annoyed that things were taking so long or that we had a lot of questions (which we did!). I went in late in the evening of a Sunday to try to lease a new Jetta as my current lease was coming to an end. Ana came out immediately and greeted us. I felt pretty bad because it was almost closing time and I would have to keep her and her boss late. She told me not to worry and did not rush me or the process at all. I thought that was very courteous of them. I also said I was hoping to find a fair deal and was not interested in haggling for a good price. She giggled and said there would be none of that and she meant it. They came back with a very reasonable offer. I was very surprised. I did negotiate a little but it didn't take a million back and forths like I've experienced at other places. When I got my car, Ana showed me all the new features and answered all my questions. She was even kind enough to let me turn in one of my keys the next day without charging me as I had forgotten it at home (whooops). Also, she followed up with me over the phone to make sure everything was going alright and let me know that my license plates had arrived. This was very convenient for me because I was able to pick them up earlier than I thought. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received from City Volkswagen and specially from Ana.
