Had to file BBB dispute to get the dealers attention. When I confronted the dealer they said the salesman had made some 'honest mistakes' and that there wasn't anything they could do to fix them. They never just said sorry or offered to fix the issues. Took me over a month to get their attention, and once I did, they hardly solved it. Spent $25,000 on an almost new car, so I don't feel like these issues should come up. Shady and disrespectful. Take your $$ somewhere else. More
