Wasnt expecting to walk out of the dealership with a new 2013 Malibu but I did. What was interesting about it was I didnt think I could even get the car. Went in expecting to have another bad experience at a new car dealer and was pleasantly surprised at how it went and I was treated. Met Tori who works there, discussed what I was looking for and he went to car dealer and was pleasantly surprised at how it went and I was treated. Negotiated an acceptable price in like 15 minutes, was not expecting that and the paperwork went smoothly without any high pressure tactics. Very happy :) More
