Made an offer for an old used car they had, they didn't accept my offer which is fine but I received a very scathing rude letter regarding my price offer. If they don't want to sell a car to me that's fine accept my offer which is fine but I received a very scathing rude letter regarding my price offer. If they don't want to sell a car to me that's fine but the email was very very rude. Not only do they have over priced used cars that arent certified but terrible customer service. You'd have to be very desperate to want to do business with this dealership. I've never been treated so poorly at a dealership. More
