I purchased my Venza about three weeks ago, and went in today because I am having a problem with Sirius Satlite Radio. My previous car had a Sirus radio with a life time subscription. Travis stepped in to help as if he had sold me the Venza. This is the best treatment I have had by a car dealer and salesmen since I bought my Lexus, which I still have. We are very displeased with the service they provided and are still arguing with them and may have to go to court to recover our loss. They put our car on the road after an alignement and it was dangerous. They had changed their name from "Miracle Toyota". I would highly recommend people boycott this dealership as they are not reputable as long as David Herrington is their service manager. More
