Unecessary repairs As I listened to a service advisor, she was giving all the customers the same speal she gave us . As to the vehicle needed to be serviced. Some of which had nothing to do with what you were there for,I feel they used the scare tactic on you. Waiting for a report card so I can tell my story. Got overcharged and repairs for stuff vehicle didn't need. Did you know they work on commission. Vehicle originally brought in for a safety recall which was free. However they said I needed blah blah over 1800. More
Take advantage of women and customers who do not know much Everytime mywife brings the car for service thay say she needs a tune up well i guess cjanging the plugs evry 5000 miles is good now they found a crsc Everytime mywife brings the car for service thay say she needs a tune up well i guess cjanging the plugs evry 5000 miles is good now they found a crsck in serpentine belt so they need new tention pulley and now the valve cover gasket leak fouled the plugs when if it leaking out side tje valve cover right next to the oil cap funny thing thee only oil there after they service it one time they didnt bring rhe car up after servicing hand her the keys and told her the cars out there in the parking lot she found out someone had hit it they didnt say a word about assumed no responsibility i know they work on commission but theres a old story you can milk a cow for along time but you can only kill it once i use to have a garage it pisses me off to see you treat Good customers this way carma will get you just wish my wife had called me before they started this is one customer you have lost and any one who wants to ask me or I Can tslk to about you i will say and i love face book and the new type media its great to get the word out so figure i can cost thousands of Dollars to your business just remember that the bottom line is get as much cash as possible any way you can good customer's dont count we are replaceable . Fixed a head light and the front panel messed up Have not had very good history with my only three visits so far. Was told in specific conversations that my daughters 2014 vehicle (just purchased) wo Have not had very good history with my only three visits so far. Was told in specific conversations that my daughters 2014 vehicle (just purchased) would have free oil changes and $290.00 later they claimed it was never said. We even discussed she wouldn't have to worry about oil changes and tire rotations on it away at college! Then had to change the air filter (after only a few thousand miles) so none of that was done or inspected before I was sold the car. It had a head light leaking and after two trips they finally fixed that only to send the car back with front panel popped out on drivers side. Brought it back and they claim they didn't do it that it is just WEARING OUT and happened to wear out when they fixed the light. They want me to pay to have it fixed. Had I known their parts holding the body of the car wore out at the three year level I wouldn't have bought the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
