While I was out of town, my elderly mother went to Miracle Toyota for an oil change. While she didn’t get her car there originally, she owns a Toyota and thought going to the dealership was best when Miracle Toyota for an oil change. While at the dealership last Friday for an Oil Change, she was repeatedly approached about selling her car due to the low milage and great condition. She declined multiple times. She was then told that in addition to her $75 oil change, they really needed to switch out all of the fluids in her car, and her new total would be around $600. She’s a trusting person and believe the good in others so agreed. They finally returned telling her that she needed 4 new tires but that they could offer financing through them for everything making it affordable. Since I wasn’t available by phone, she trusted them and moved forward. Her total for all of this ended up ~$2400!! When I returned home 2 days later, I checked in with her and learned what had happened. She sent me photos of the invoice and quickly noticed that they sold her 4 top of the line sports tires, which were completely unnecessary. After a quick google search, I found the tires that she purchased at a competitor with installation for over $700 less. Additionally, there were other tire options for her vehicle that were much less expensive and a fraction of the cost. Immediately I was hopeful that we may be able to return the tires or agree to some sort of price matching before my Mom would have to pay monthly for 2 years on these tires. Although it was a Sunday, we called to see if there was a return policy or price matching but no one was available. The first thing the following morning, we called and spoke with Frank, a service manager at Miracle Toyota. Not only was he unwilling to work with us, he also stated that “dealerships will always charge people more” and that next time “we should be sure to come with her to avoid these things.” Ultimately we were told that if he tried to offer a discount or provide money back it would show that they did something wrong and refused. I understand that my Mom agreed to the purchases above and that her hand wasn’t forced. A business is allowed to charge (or overcharge) for their services, as they would like. I also believe that supporting a business also means supporting their business practices, which include taking advantage of someone like my Mother. There are plenty of businesses that work with integrity and value their customers. I would urge you to find one of those before providing your business to Miracle Toyota. More
This place has become the worse place to go to have your car serviced. I’ve given this place a chances because maybe the people are having an off day but it has become the norm in this location. Everything is about up selling they do not care about the costumer service anymore especially if your deny the upsell. Do not trust AJ that works there. Rude behavior and very arrogant. He told me he would not top off any of the fluids unless I was going to do the upsell. Please don’t waste your time coming here. Your going to leave frustrated More

On one of my last oil changes they tried selling an air filter, when I had just installed a new k&n performance air filter. I went to purchase coolant to do my own flush, since I don’t trust their mechanics losing another part, I ask the parts salesman how many bottles I need. He says two bottles so I make the purchase, only to use one. I go back to return the remaining bottle HE told me I needed, and he refuses to take the return because I don’t have the receipt. At this point I will no longer go to this dealership for anything, nor do I recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

Let me first start off by saying IF you think about taking your vehicle to this dealership DO NOT DO IT!!! Customer Service is awful, the service advisor is condescending, service manager is useless an taking your vehicle to this dealership DO NOT DO IT!!! Customer Service is awful, the service advisor is condescending, service manager is useless and they constantly hang up the phone on you IF THEY ANSWER! We took our sons vehicle in for a issue with the transmission shuttering as it was under a 36K powertrain warranty. The advisor "Hector" wanted to insist it was something other than what we were saying was the issue. Reluctantly he finally agreed it "may" be the problem and noted the system with our concerns finally. Turns out it was the transmission and it would be covered. We get a call saying the vehicle is ready; however, they did unauthorize work to the vehicle and damaged it as well. The damage they caused was to both inner sidewalls of the front tires, and paint was missing on the upper A- arms as their technician decided it was a good idea to take the spacers off the front end. Now, for those of you who don't know what that is let me explain, it is a "spacer" between the tire and the hub of the vehicle to allow clearance so the tire does not rub the A-arm on the truck. Since he took it off unauthorized I now have to replace not only one but two front tires because it has rubbed a groove in the tire. When we advised the service manager of the damages that were caused we were brushed off and sent on our way, with the dealership knowing full well of the damage they caused and the safety issue this has created! If I could give a BIG FAT NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD. My advice take your vehicle to a different toyota dealer and DO NOT USE THIS ONE! More

First visit they scratched my car up and said it didn't do it. Second visit just an oil change And they said there's engine lights on but under warranty I have to pay hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees do it. I took my Toyota Corolla on 7/27/23 to have a repair done due to some hail damage. It wasn’t until 8/29/23 that they called me to pick it up and made me wait 4 hours before bringing out my car. I had to pay for a rental because they refused a courtesy vehicle stating they had none on the lot. Upon looking at it I noticed lots of glue yes GLUE on the paint, horrible scratches on the roof of my car and the inside and outside of my car was super disgusting and full of grease (I keep my car immaculately clean). They also stated the battery had died due to them leaving the car door open in the shop one night but refused to change it and instead charged me for a new battery. These people are so unprofessional, lazy and inconsiderate. Mr. Murphy you should be ashamed of the body shop workers you have at Miracle Toyota in Haines City! The worst part is that they REFUSE to do anything about it. Never ever will I recommend anyone having their car repaired or even serviced at this location. Nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from this location! Again, they are dishonest, unprofessional, sloppy and very inconsiderate. More
