Went to fix AC toyota highlander 2012 and the suv had to be fixed at this dealership over 5 times and over 2k in charges and many times without the vehicle and at times with my kids without AC! They are good at one thing, giving excuses and inventing stories of what could be wring so you end up paying thousands! This jeep was never cleaned or even inspected by the service department I found marijuana under the passenger seat.. I rolled away on low tires front tires as well as a screw in drivers rear which I noticed a few miles down the road while leveling tire pressure Filthy interior .Was told I'd receive a gift card towards cleaning (never arrived) I waited in the show room while the car was supposedly detailed The cars cabin could have been covid filled who knows....this is not a time in our nations history to drop the ball on cleaning and disinfection. I was just informed by my insurance company that this thing was in a wreck which wasn't disclosed and I would never have baught it.. To make matters worse since friday I am having transmission problems.. I didn't expect this from a larger dealership maybe a buy here pay here. In the end I have a devalued vehicle I payed full price for which already needs to get service work. I have no confidence in this vehicle and feel completely depressed over this situation. To make matters worse they didn't fully pay off my trade. More

I went for a recall on the Toyota Highlander and when I picked up the car it had a strong gasoline smell. l spoke to the manager, Mary, and she didn’t even verify my concern. She just told me to roll down picked up the car it had a strong gasoline smell. l spoke to the manager, Mary, and she didn’t even verify my concern. She just told me to roll down the windows and “Basically inhale all that toxic gasoline gas until it goes away”. I do not know what happened when they did this recall, but if it was a gasoline spill it should be done a better way or at least remove the smell with a Ozonator. This manager in charge really didn’t care about any health concern that could transpire of the poor quality service they were practicing on the recall. I’m really having some reserve on Toyota dealer, it’s not the same quality as before that’s for sure. More
