My father purchased. A new 2022 toyota rav 4 , after 2 weeks of using it , it stopped turning on. The vehicle had a total of 261 miles, we got the vehicles towed to miracle toyota and they said the car was hit by lightning and they had to order a new computer. The vehicle was delivered to them August 25, its has been 2 months and they still can not give me an estimated time of when it will be ready. I also took some time to google the pictures of car getting hit by lighting and my fathers vehicle did not look anything like that, also according to google there is a 1 and 500,000 chance of a car getting hit by lightning. I went to the dealership and spoke to a manager and they couldnt give me an estimated date or any solution than just wait, she said she has had another vehicle there for 4 months. It is absurd to have to keep paying monthly payment AFTER $2,000 down payment for a vehicle you are not able to use and no solution. I wrote a review on google and the owner responded and gave me a number to who he said is the Service Director Michael Rodriguez, when I called he said he no longer works there, clearly the dealer does not care because they got their money. They want me to pay close to $900.00 dollars for 72 months for the gr, my Accord 2.0t sport 2020 is 1k more expensive than the GR86 and my payments are less than $500.00, and now with a better credit and these people want to charge me almost $900.00 a month for 72 months, that’s CRAZY!!!
