Took my car in a month ago for oil change and alignment, when I received my car back I didn’t think it was my car due to 2 nice scratches on my drivers door and I had just washed it 2 days before taking it when I received my car back I didn’t think it was my car due to 2 nice scratches on my drivers door and I had just washed it 2 days before taking it there. Needless to say I was a little upset. Spoke with service manager and she said that they would repair it. Took it in today, again I washed my car 3days ago all nice and pretty, they did what they had to do to fix the problem on the door and looks good but you left the inside of my car trashed and the drivers seat wet. Needless to say I will not be taking any of my cars to miracle Toyota service department any time soon, I rather go to a joe some garage More

RUN, RUN, RUN TERIBLE SERVICE. I had given this dealership a 5-star rating 3 years ago. This dealership has gone downhill so badly. I have complained, in the past, about the tec I had given this dealership a 5-star rating 3 years ago. This dealership has gone downhill so badly. I have complained, in the past, about the tech pressuring me to purchase unnecessary services. Three times and let me repeat myself three times, they said I needed tires due to alinement, dry rot and mileage. All three times I went to the local tire dealer and they said the tires did not need replaced. I am still using the tires. One time the tech said a tire had a screw in it and was losing air rapidly. He said they could not patch the tire. I took the truck to Tire Barn and they removed a 1/8" screw from the tire tread and said it did not even puncture the tire. No damage to the tire, (no charge). Well today was the last time they will ever service my truck. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. $142.000 to rotate tires and change my oil. I called the other Toyota dealer in the area and they are $110.00. When I pulled up they swarmed my truck and started removing my air filter and the in cabin filter (in the service lane). I nicely explained that I did not want any filters or any other added service. They said this was part of the service and they will reinstall the filters at the service center. When I was told my truck service was complete, I went to the service desk and paid my invoice. To my surprise they had snuck in engine oil supplement charge of $19.49. I just paid and went to my truck. What I found was totally unbelievable. All the contents that were in my glove box had been spread out on the passenger’s seat and the cabin filter cover was off and on the floor. The divider of the glove box was broken and lying on the seat. I could not find the tech so I asked Caleb if he would look at the damage they caused. He said the service department was too busy etc. I have added a couple of photos to show the way my truck was returned to me. Oh, I put the truck back together myself. RUN, RUN, RUN TERIBLE SERVICE. January 2023 we purchased a new 23 Rav 4. They sold us a key replacement insurance incase you lost key for 400$ . And never said a word about us getting only one key at point of sale. That's only one of the rip offs that they get you on. After the sell price they added another 9000$ for taxes and service warranty. And they said that Toyota would mail the key to us.the second key. It's 4 months later and guess what no key and no communication about when we will Ever get our second key. They totally suck.will never buy anything there again. More
Terrible customer service, terrible service in finance, I do not recommend this dealer. They sold the car that I had selected to another client and then they informed me that it had been sold to a higher bid do not recommend this dealer. They sold the car that I had selected to another client and then they informed me that it had been sold to a higher bidder, those were the words of the seller, I decided to buy another model and after buying a $38,000 car, they gave me only one remote key and they told me that the other key was sent home by Toyota, three months have passed and the key has not arrived, that is in Ford, Chevy, GMC among other brands it does not happen always you get 2 keys. And finally, it is very unpleasant that they practically want to sell you unnecessary guarantees just to get more money from you, despite the fact that my wife and I were very clear that we only wanted the gap, the financiers ended up adding a guarantee that I ended up canceling because they did not want it, they must respect the customer decision. They found the problem about a week later and they advised me that the parts was on back order. And at the same time they informed me that my front windshield was crack after being there for a week. They didn't wanted take responsibility for my vehicle being there for a week. I had spoken to Eric director of service department and he basically laughed at me and said that I can go thru my insurance at no cost. He didn't want to take responsibility for my car being there. I would advised anybody to PLEASE be careful with your car and making sure that it doesn't happen to them as it happened to me. I will advised on A good note to see Jerome Lewis and helping you with anything that he can. I wish everyone can be like him. More
Do not take your vehicle to service department of miracle Toyota. They are unprofessional, wrongfully diagnosed my. ve chicle and charged me 1200 and never fixed actual problem. Service manager name Eric was unprofessional and stated that if I was in the street I wouldn’t be talking to him that way. They are diagnosting cars the correct way they are scamming people. I will contacting the state attorney general and the Better buisness bureau to file a complaint if this anybody out there that experience same situation let’s get together and file complaint against service department More

Way to pushy. Gave down payment. Was late on a Sunday. We said we would comeback on Monday to pick it up….they said no we had to take it today. We had an appointm Gave down payment. As we pulled out of the dealers our maintenance light came on.. car was NOT WASHED to pushy … was our 3 car from here. David Z Was always our salesman. He wasn’t there .came back next day to get maintenance done…. Said it was done. But did not prove it to me….VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED More
