Barbara, I have spent a considerable amount of time with our General Manager and sales manager researching what happened. I have been told that after the deposit was left our sales manager called a minimum of 4 times to let you know that the vehicle was ready, but he did not hear from you. Assuming that you had changed your mind, he sold the vehicle to someone else. In an effort to get both sides of the story our General Manager, as well as myself, have called and left you several messages in the last couple days. No, no one called us. They also had our email address. Did not send a email. Assume we change our mind in 1 1/2 days. With no call or no email. May be if it had been 4 days or a week but 1 1/2 days. No don't think so. Every car dealership I have been to, they call you and call you, call you trying to sell you a car. THEY NEVER CALLED US OR EMAIL US.

SunnyKL, We have held a meeting with management and addressed the issue of phone calls not being answered or voicemails not being returned. This is unacceptable. We apologize for the inconvenience and please know that we have met with the necessary team members. To address the issue of the payment increase we (you and our staff) scheduled and held a meeting to discuss options. After reviewing these options, the figures were agreeable and you signed the necessary paperwork. Without getting into detail, there are factors that you are aware of that cause the monthly payments to be higher.
