Frustrated and Annoyed I purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer on Oct.20, 2016. I was transferring my tag from my old car to the new one, but was issued a temporary tag and to I purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer on Oct.20, 2016. I was transferring my tag from my old car to the new one, but was issued a temporary tag and told I would receive my new registration in a few weeks and I should then put the tag on the new car. After one month, I still had not received my new registration so I went to the tag agency in Winter Haven. They informed me the registration had not been processed. I immediately called Toyota and was told there was a "electronic lien" on the car from the previous bank loan. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! was my response. I was told it was being taken care of and they issued another temp tag. SOOOOOOO.....one month later, I went back because I had not received my registration. After about 45 minutes of this person talking to that person, they finally printed me a "temporary" registration with the INCORRECT address, NO ONE could ever explain to me how they could sell me a car that they did not have a clear title on. More

Wonderful all around! I went in to purchase a new car, my sales rep was Alex J! He assisted me right away with finding exactly what I wanted! We test drove a few cars to be I went in to purchase a new car, my sales rep was Alex J! He assisted me right away with finding exactly what I wanted! We test drove a few cars to be sure I knew exactly which car I wanted. He was very helpful with explaining anything and everything about the cars. I actually learned quite a bit speaking with him. I felt as if he was really trying to help me in choosing which was best for me! If I can recommend a sales rep, it will definitely be Alex J! The process was a bit lengthy, but I walked out of the dealership with absolutely no questions and a brand new car with a full tank of gas! The dealership itself was also very pleasant, clean, quiet and very professional! Thank you Miracle Toyota and Alex J for making my new car buying experience WONDERFUL!! :) More
