Wonderful all around! I went in to purchase a new car, my sales rep was Alex J! He assisted me right away with finding exactly what I wanted! The process was a bit lengthy, but I walked out of the dealership with absolutely no questions and a brand new car with a full tank of gas! He asked questions to help us better understand what we were looking for as we test drove a vehicle. He made sure we had refreshment as we were working on a deal. Rhonda was excellent on the phone when I called in. Rhonda helped me connect with Alex when I came into the dealership. Alexsander loaned me a courtesy vehicle while I was waiting for paperwork completion. Alex helped me connect with the people that were needed to complete the transaction.
