I was searching for a RAV4, but because I'm starting to build my credit, they advised me to get something less expensive, and you know what? They were right!! I'm so happy with my brand new 2017 Corolla! If you want quality, go with them, and ask for Francisco Rincón and Aurelio Montenegro!! You will NOT be disappointed!! More

He promised me a loaner car to be delivered at my workplace the following day since My car is obviously in their shop , he even gave me his cellphone number and cAlled me there. He never followed up the loaner car. I know he is in sales but he still shouldn't leave me hopeful for something he could not provide because the service management people(greg and Mark dewey denied that they can provide me a loaner car instead a shuttle just to pick me up like i am on a daycare I am restricted to not leave my workplace during lunch time which I normally do had ai had my car with me to run errands. Very poor customer service . I suppose he would be just as worst as a sales agent. More
Oil chabge gone bad due to technician's negligence We had a very bad experience with this dealership. Down to the customer service, management , up to the the corporate office. Paid for an oil change We had a very bad experience with this dealership. Down to the customer service, management , up to the the corporate office. Paid for an oil change on Feb 16, 2017. This is what they performed (verbatim from the receipt) *customer request synthetic oil change and filtermultipoint inspection, top off all fluids.installed single quart synthetic oil . Installed replaceable element and installed gasket. Added operation wipers, rear breaks,induction service* Approximately 30 mins of driving from the dealership,non stop on my way back home, I heard a very loud, rattling sound.Basic oil change that lead to a catastrophy of the repair because the technician failed to secure the filter seal properly. Just approx 30 mins of driving after my car left the dealership, I heard a very loud rattling sound plus the indicator showing a LOW OIL PRESSURE AND STOP THE ENGINE. Checked oil and was found to be dry. Called customer service at the dealership and my car was towed after hours of wait including difficulty reaching for the manager at the store and was kept on hold for a long time by their receptionist, Star. I Requested to be picked up at home early morning to travel to work, as I live in Kissimmee, the manager said yes no problem someone will be there, then the sales agent, Mr. Reyes who called me and said nobody can pick me up asked me to take uber and promised me a loaner car delivered to my work place which never happened despite three follow up calls and one voicemail that day . The service management team including Greg and Mark denied the dealership has a loaner car, however, the customer relations manager, Kayla confirmed over the phone that they do. Obviously, the staffs do not communicate with each other. While talking to kayla, I demanded a warranty on my engine the fact that driving a low oil pressure will cause that since my car was in good condition before leaving the dealership and per their inspection. I have a 2012 highlander, limited 4wd with only 40,200+ miles Already fully paid and only being used for family outings and servicing two toddlers. Also asked for them to shoulder diagnostic fee at a different shop we desire to take our car and pay for my lost wages since I cancelled my previous commitment for that day at a different facility due to uncertainty in time As I needed to stopby the dealership after work to check my car and discuss the issue. I work as a physical therapist and I deal with medicare based units and geriatric patients. Over the phone, kayla agreed Initially, she said "we will make it happen" and then she called back to retract what she said. This Management team are not trustworthy! During the meeting that afternoon, Greg, the service mananger wants us to just forgive and forget . He said he can guaranty that the car will run for thousands of miles just like any highlander will do without a problem but will not put in writing for the warranty of the engine. He also admitted that it was their mistake and to give them a chance to earn back our business. Earlier in the AM,over the phone, the manager at the service dept , Mr. Greg Southard denied it was human error, later in the afternoon, my wife got to speak with Mark Dewey and straight from the horse's mouth, he said the cause was due to improper sealing of the filter seal by their technician-- obviously a human error as this was the very reason I brought my car for service . Receipt report on Feb 17,2017 service indicates:(verbatim:Vehicle was tow in after service vehicle had oil leak caused by filter seal broken causing about 2.3 quarts of oil to leak out.vehicle was towed in installed new oil filter seal. Worst thing? Corporate are hands off after filing complain in writing. This they had to say:(from email) "We apologize that we're not able to force the dealership to act on your behalf, and we're not able to act as an arbiter or go-between" This is beyond disappointment! More

Frustrated and Annoyed I purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer on Oct.20, 2016. I was transferring my tag from my old car to the new one, but was issued a temporary tag and to I purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer on Oct.20, 2016. I was transferring my tag from my old car to the new one, but was issued a temporary tag and told I would receive my new registration in a few weeks and I should then put the tag on the new car. After one month, I still had not received my new registration so I went to the tag agency in Winter Haven. They informed me the registration had not been processed. I immediately called Toyota and was told there was a "electronic lien" on the car from the previous bank loan. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! was my response. I was told it was being taken care of and they issued another temp tag. SOOOOOOO.....one month later, I went back because I had not received my registration. After about 45 minutes of this person talking to that person, they finally printed me a "temporary" registration with the INCORRECT address, NO ONE could ever explain to me how they could sell me a car that they did not have a clear title on. More
