While I was out of town, my elderly mother went to Miracle Toyota for an oil change. While she didn’t get her car there originally, she owns a Toyota and thought going to the dealership was best when Miracle Toyota for an oil change. While she didn’t get her car there originally, she owns a Toyota and thought going to the dealership was best when she retired and moved closer on a fixed income. While at the dealership last Friday for an Oil Change, she was repeatedly approached about selling her car due to the low milage and great condition. She declined multiple times. She was then told that in addition to her $75 oil change, they really needed to switch out all of the fluids in her car, and her new total would be around $600. She’s a trusting person and believe the good in others so agreed. They finally returned telling her that she needed 4 new tires but that they could offer financing through them for everything making it affordable. Since I wasn’t available by phone, she trusted them and moved forward. Her total for all of this ended up ~$2400!! When I returned home 2 days later, I checked in with her and learned what had happened. She sent me photos of the invoice and quickly noticed that they sold her 4 top of the line sports tires, which were completely unnecessary. After a quick google search, I found the tires that she purchased at a competitor with installation for over $700 less. Additionally, there were other tire options for her vehicle that were much less expensive and a fraction of the cost. Immediately I was hopeful that we may be able to return the tires or agree to some sort of price matching before my Mom would have to pay monthly for 2 years on these tires. Although it was a Sunday, we called to see if there was a return policy or price matching but no one was available. The first thing the following morning, we called and spoke with Frank, a service manager at Miracle Toyota. Not only was he unwilling to work with us, he also stated that “dealerships will always charge people more” and that next time “we should be sure to come with her to avoid these things.” Ultimately we were told that if he tried to offer a discount or provide money back it would show that they did something wrong and refused. I understand that my Mom agreed to the purchases above and that her hand wasn’t forced. A business is allowed to charge (or overcharge) for their services, as they would like. I also believe that supporting a business also means supporting their business practices, which include taking advantage of someone like my Mother. There are plenty of businesses that work with integrity and value their customers. I would urge you to find one of those before providing your business to Miracle Toyota. More

Luke was my dealer and was absolutely incredible! I didn’t go in with the intention of getting a new car, just wanted to see what I could get. However, I walked out with a car I am absolutely thrille I didn’t go in with the intention of getting a new car, just wanted to see what I could get. However, I walked out with a car I am absolutely thrilled about with 100k less miles than my old one. Luke listened to me, respected my requirements, got me a GREAT deal, and never once tried to force me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. Hi, I am let you everybody know how the Toyota customer service work. I'm driving Toyota car almost 25 years. I have already four different Toyota car which I bought last three years. The last car I bought from the Toyota dealership in hand city the car I bought for my daughter When back to school, they got all the decoration on the front with the back to school free stuff and I see generator speaker and the scooter so when we bought the car Toyota Corolla cross 2024 we asked the sales rep what is the promotion going on, I'm interested to get The Honda generator and the sales rep told me you're gonna get the generator after I sign the paper. I ask him where is my generator he told me oh, drawer system take place end of the month that after 15 days I ask him which day is drawing and who is win he didn't give me the date and he told me oh you didn't win so after one month going back-and-forth, I stopped by to the dealership and ask the manager what's going on when is the promotion going on? What is the drawing and who is the winner? Do you have any promotion board you can notify? Who is the winner as soon as I asked, those question the manager so mad on me . He don't want to give me any answer. he told me this is our property, whatever the promotion is up to us we want to give you or we don't want to give anybody promotion. This is the Toyota dealership and this is their answer so I called the Toyota company and let them know this is the wrong answer because even they are Toyota dealer Toyota is responsible whatever they putting the promotion, they told me we don't have any customer service we gonna notify the dealership customer service manager and they gonna call me. This is almost one month. The customer service manager never called me, but my sales rep called me and beg me if you go ahead, I gonna lose my job, I had to call the Toyota company back and let them know it's nothing wrong on the sales rep. The manager give me wrong answer. This is the bad for the customer and the company whatever the manager give me answer. That is the wrong answer why you want to fire the sales rep, instead of the manager and your dealership is responsible. The Toyota company told me don't worry we're gonna take dealership. We're gonna call back to you, but they never called me back. 25 years Toyota customer is raise me so many questions if your car broke down did they have any customer service or you gonna stuck with the dealership whatever the dealership give you answer that the right answer Toyota company don't care If the dealer charging more the book value, the Toyota company cannot help you any happened to me Is multinational company and if they don't have a customer service representative, how they gonna take care of you I have it before so many complain about the dealership Toyota company never response and I'm leaving small town. The closest Toyota dealership the only one I have so I have no choice. I stuck with the dealership. More
