Trustworthy? Made internet inquiry & offer on a 2013 BMW X1 on Friday. Got calls from 2 salesperson on Saturday, one later said they accepted my offer. He even gave me the walk out the door total with tax, tag, & title. Since I was traveling on Saturday & they're closed on Sunday, told them that I would stop by Monday to close the deal. Got a call Monday morning saying the car is sold. Went to the store & spoke with Manager who said "car is sold.. What else can I do for you." I told him "nothing" if that's how he's going to behave. He said the buyer is doing paperwork right now & that they made a deposit on Tuesday. If so, why did 2 salespersons tried to sell me the car. They called me. Even if it was a mixed up, there was no apology from the Manager. "Car is sold. What else can I do for you?" Meaning you're wasting my time, get out. What a jerk & xxxxx, and to think I bought 4 brand new cars from this dealership. No more. I still have 1 year free maintenance on my 2014 Juke from this dealer. No thanks. I will not return even for the free oil change & tire rotations. I'm a spending consumer & tend to give people the benefit of a doubt, but this was not right. No one likes to be mistreated. They just lost a customer. More
