A company that still believes in customer service Shopping for a new truck, overall experience was good, however my sales person " rachel" was above average! Im a retired finance/sales manager who alw Shopping for a new truck, overall experience was good, however my sales person " rachel" was above average! Im a retired finance/sales manager who always told my emloyees the key to good customer service and strong repeat business was to try to " wow" the customer! I honestly believe my buying decision was based soley on my sales person " rachel" she met us with a warm, friendly, honest, energetic smile and you could tell immediately she likes her job! The truck i wanted had been sold. Rachel loaded us up with coffee and doughnuts, seated us comfortably while she scrambled to find something comparable. Which she did just that! She maintained her wonderful charm and energy throughout the whole process and was sincere not robotic. From the time we met her, through the test drives, the financing, the paperwork etc.. it was like hanging out with an old friend who really has your best interest at heart! These interpersonal skills cannot be taught or faked, you either have the passion for customer service or you dont after 30 years in finance and sales, I can spot someone who has a love for helping people and a book taught robotic person a mile away. Rachel truely wowed me! I ended up buying about twice the truck i initaly had in mind, not due to the selection, but because of the honest, professional, warm, attention i received from her. People can sometimes sell a product more than the product itself. This was such a case. Not to mention she got me a great deal ! In short, the dealership 4 stars, rachel my sales person 5 or more! More
