First visit I set an appointment time online to have my vechical serviced upon getting to the dealership they had no record of my appointment however they were ab I set an appointment time online to have my vechical serviced upon getting to the dealership they had no record of my appointment however they were able to still take my car to be serviced which was greatly appreciated. Wait time could be a little less I have had my car serviced at a different Nissan dealership in the Augusta area and it took all of 20mins for my service. I changed dealerships due to this one being closer to my employment office. Over my experience was a 7 out of 10. More
