My Biggest Hero I met Al Notte back in October, 2014 @ Nissan of Augusta on Washington Rd. I was contemplating getting a new car but I wasn't certain about Nissan bec I met Al Notte back in October, 2014 @ Nissan of Augusta on Washington Rd. I was contemplating getting a new car but I wasn't certain about Nissan because I had never owned one. Al was just being a salesman doing his job, however, in the midst of doing his job, he would carry on a conversation with you as if you and him had been friends for years. He has a great sense of humor and a very personable but Godly spirit about him. The ONE thing that I REALLY, REALLY appreciated about Al when I told him I was looking for a car is: HE DIDN'T BRING UP $$$$!!! Another thing that I liked about Al is that no matter what I asked him regarding my car of interest, he had an answer; not to mention that he's a hands on kind of guy!! He always make himself available to you as much as he can and never complain!! So, three years later, I'm in a bind, I go back to Al and he DELIVERS!! Nissan has a very, knowledgeable, smart, funny and intelligent salesman working for them and they should be EXTREMELY PROUD of the hard work that he does to satisfy his customers and the organization!! I also want to give his supporting cast acknowledgement as well because they are ALL #1 in my book!! Great Experience Our Sales Consultant was Al Notte who went way above our expectations. We needed a car asap because transmission blew out on our previous car. About 45 minutes later she explained the service results and we were done. Second time we've been blessed with her help and she's been a major reason we drive 35 miles for service at our dealer.
