I've been buying my vehicles from this dealership 3 times in a row and is been always a pleasure to treat with the sales agent and the financing office, they do their best to make good deals for me and that in a row and is been always a pleasure to treat with the sales agent and the financing office, they do their best to make good deals for me and that is truly appreciated. And for my car maintenance I normally do my appointments online and I love the way the garage team treats me since I'm on line waiting for my turn and the waiting room is nice and comfy with drinks and snacks while I wait for my vehicle to be done, I really love this dealer ! My advisor was fantastic! ! The owner needs to stop the bs 4 percent charge for card usage. For that reason alone I will never return to this dealership. The only reason I gave ! The only reason I gave 5 stars is so the advisor doesn't get affected by this. I spent $3500 here and it is ridiculous that I had to pay $126 to use a credit card. More
I was very fortunate to have Jose Gonzales as my salesman. He was very professional and met all my customer service needs. Though I will admit that I’m very difficult buyer, but Jose was more than salesman. He was very professional and met all my customer service needs. Though I will admit that I’m very difficult buyer, but Jose was more than up for the challenge. He was very kind and wanted to do his part to insure a pleasant transaction. Though we had some bumps along the way, he continued to be positive and professional throughout the process. It also must be noted that Tina Moore was also excellent. She insured that all information and numbers were accurate, and she too was very professional and knowledgeable in her trade. Both Jose and Tina should be recognize for a job well done. My experience started out disappointing. Elise the service and Eric the part associate failed at customer service. They have poor communication skills with the customers. Mr. Johnson the service manager and Julian the service tech were very professional and men of there word. He and Julian apologize and made all the necessary corrections to assure I had better service. He took full responsibility and even stayed late to make sure my card was completed. Based on Mr. Johnson’s and Julian’s professionalism I will return to this establishment. More
