From the first week, I had issues with multiple electronic systems and safety sensors. Since then, I have had my CarPlay unit replaced, unit reset, and ADAS replaced. I have also been told that some of these sensor issues are known problems (including an anti-collision system that can engage without warning if a particle of dust gets behind the Nissan emblem on the hood), and despite wasting several days of my life on service appointments and warranty work, the problems persist, even after being told again and again that the next “fix” will resolve everything. I have gone to Nissan Consumer Affairs, and the Service Manager Spencer discredited my claims and service records clearly showing design flaws and inherent safety concerns with the vehicle. While I was told it was escalated to General Manager Johnny, who supposedly spent 3 months speaking to Nissan Dealer Affairs about a buyback/replacement- I discovered that was a lie. The leadership of this dealership only cares about their bottom line and not the real humans their negligence and decisions impact. Despite employees at both local locations trying to assist me, I am still stuck in an unsafe vehicle, with no current recourse, over a year later. I am writing this in the hopes that this last-ditch effort creates positive change for my experience. If so, I will update my review. Otherwise, their failures will remain posted without update. This is their final opportunity to prove they care. I deeply regret ever trusting such an important decision to Miracle Nissan. More

My experience with this dealership and its general manager, Johnny Royal, has been nothing short of a nightmare. They engage in shady practices, play with numbers to their advantage, and show zero accountability when caught. Here’s what happened: I leased a Nissan Rogue for three years and decided to buy it at the end of the lease. I completed all 36 payments in full. However, during the purchase transaction, they charged me a $395 "early termination fee." This fee was completely unwarranted since I fulfilled the lease terms. When I questioned it, Johnny Royal and his team guaranteed that Nissan would issue a check to reimburse me. Months passed—no check. I called Nissan directly, and they confirmed they never charged such a fee. This was entirely on the dealership. I went back to speak with Johnny Royal, and that’s when the clown show began. He put on a performance, signed a piece of paper, and told me to come back for my check the following Friday. I did as instructed, only for him to claim the check had been mailed to my house. Surprise, surprise—no check ever arrived. Two weeks later, I returned, and he told me I could pick it up the next day in person. He even gave me his business card with his cell number. But once again, no check, no accountability, and no response to my texts. This dealership wasted months of my time and treated me with complete disrespect. Their business practices are deceitful, and their promises are worthless. If you value honesty, integrity, and your hard-earned money, do not set foot in Miracle Nissan of Augusta. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. You’ve been warned! More
Found the truck I wanted on their lot but today. Added to the sticker price was a MurphyBenefits package of minimal value if any and the highest doc fee in the area. Driving to Atlanta to get the Added to the sticker price was a MurphyBenefits package of minimal value if any and the highest doc fee in the area.
