Sells crap cars and when something goes wrong under the warranty they refuse to fix it because supposedly they can verify it.. also they believe a new battery will fix a Transmission.. Please do not buy yo More

We sold the customer a vehicle on February 9, 2019 and the car had 45,893 miles at the time of sale. The vehicle now has 92,511 miles and this is the first time we’ve been notified of any mechanical issues on the vehicle since it was purchased three and a half years ago. We called the warranty company who sent a third party inspection company to come out and look at the vehicle in an effort to duplicate the customer's concern on their transmission. However, after an hour and a half of test driving the vehicle, they couldn’t find any issue with the transmission. We offered to go on a road test with the customer so they could show us what they were experiencing with the vehicle and they refused. In addition, we told the customer that we would even have one of our employees drive the car to a local Nissan dealer so they could try and find the problem and we would pay the Nissan dealer for their time to diagnose the car and the customer refused.

We are more than willing to help out and assist with getting the car fixed; however, the warranty company or a local dealer will need to duplicate the issue to ensure that the repairs are done correctly and the problem has been fixed.

One of the mechanics left a message saying that it was the transmission so obviously it acted up for them. Also we had the car at nissan originally and were told that the warranty would only cover it at dealership so if taken back to nissan we would be out the cost of the transmission. If these were true mechanics the would be able to diagnose just like the other 3 mechanics we took it to and each told us the warranty company would only cover if at dealership. Also we called thr warrenty company ourselves and were told that Allen the mechanic said that there was nothing wrong with the car when they showed up.

Once again they also said that the battery was the problem and had my mother spend 200 on a battery and when asked for the old battery so we could take it to diagnose we were told that they no longer had the old battery. As far as driving the car with the dealer, my mother was already out a car since mid June due to it being at the dealing and has been having to get rides to and from work. And as far as driving in the car with said mechanic some people have to work for a living and cant just take days off whenever they feel like it. And only said things were mentioned after the. ad review was placed because dealer was unhappy about bad review .

The warranty company or the Nissan dealer will not fix the transmission without them being able to duplicate the drivability issue. This sporadic problem and not being consistent is the same reason that the customer is still driving their vehicle. As previously mentioned, we've offered to to pay for the diagnosis at a Nissan dealer of the customer's choice and even trade them out of their vehicle while giving them employee pricing on their purchase of another car.

Thank you for the review and purchasing 3 vehicles from us. It can be difficult to assume what a customer needs without the expectation being given to the salesperson by the customer. Also, all of our vehicles listed online clearly list the features and equipment of each vehicle that we have in stock. This is also outlined and highlighted on the Buyers Guide which is on each vehicle on the lot.

I never saw the work up on this car. I was told by the salesman that this car met all my needs. And it was a better fit then the Jeep I had contacted him about. I had written him a specific list of my needs. I wish I had kept the communications. My needs included being able to haul a light weight trailer and traveling cross country. At that exact moment I needed a reliable car. It was winter and my daughter had stage 4 cancer . Even at the dealership I asked if the Rouge would fit my 4 car seats and if it could tow a small trailer If I wanted to buy a car strictly by write up I would have gone online and bought a car.
