Terrible Service Group Over the last 3 weeks, I have attempted to schedule a service appt. [tire rotation & balancing) for my 2016 QX60 on three different occasions. When speaking with Napleton's call center during each call, I was told that a service advisor would be calling me back to provide a cost estimate and time of appt. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone in Napleton's service group after each of the calls. This is terrible customer service and not the first time I've experienced poor customer service over the 2 years I've owned the vehicle. PManor/Napleton/Martinez, GA More
Great Experience My husband and I went to Napleton Infiniti in Augusta just to look and see their inventory. We were greeted by a nice young lady named Cotina McQueen. My husband and I went to Napleton Infiniti in Augusta just to look and see their inventory. We were greeted by a nice young lady named Cotina McQueen. She took us to her office and showed us the inventory on the computer. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and the make of the cars. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the price being offered for the car we were interested in. She went back and forth several times to her finance manager to try to negotiate a price for us. She was awesome and thanks to her, we ended up buying a 2015 Infiniti Q50. There was no pressure to buy. Great service! I highly recommend Napleton Infiniti of Augusta and make sure to ask for Cotina McQueen. Stacy Brown More

From the time we walked in, to the time of purchase it was such an amazing experience. The front desk receptionist was very nice. The car sales lady Ms. Contina was very pleasant, quick, knowledgeable, informative, patient and professional. Not to mention the the general manager Mr. Lucan B., the finance manager Mr. Erick Valentine and the other staff members were so very nice and professional as well. They truly made us feel welcomed. Im going to purchase my vehicle from Infinity of Augusta in the next couple of months. I'm recommending everyone that I know. Thanks again Ms. Contina for such an amazing experience! Very negligent service and repair I bought my used qx80 here and the service was good. Fast forward 40 days and they say I need new tires and quote me upwards of $800. I wasnt having i I bought my used qx80 here and the service was good. Fast forward 40 days and they say I need new tires and quote me upwards of $800. I wasnt having it with the new used truck so the service manager replaced them for free since I just bought the truck. I moved out of state but stopped by in January to get my oil changed and they replaced my battery. By the end of January my truck died and left me stranded in a parking lot. After having it towed and fixed by another infinity dealership in Florida, I was informed that when they replaced my battery they didn't even bother to clean off the residue and replace The connections properly, which killed my battery and left me stranded. Further, when they change my oil no one replaced the screw on the drain Pipe properly and made sure that it was tightened with a tool. This left my truck leaking oil and the screw becoming looser and looser. By the time it died on me 20 days later The other infinity dealer informed me of this and told me that had it happened when I was driving on the freeway there was a possibility that my oil would have drained out, my engine would have locked up, and that would have put me in a very dangerous situation. I called and left a message for the service manager because this is unsatisfact'ry and frankly A liability. To not even QC service on a vehicle and make sure that it is safe to drive before you send it out of the door with someone is completely negligent. The service manager at never returned my phone call. I will be reaching out to the owner of the Napelton dealerships, and the Better Business Bureau. More

Horrible used car value and customer service! Overpriced used cars with ZERO attention to safety prior to selling! They sell auction quality cars as Excellent condition and pitch as though cars a Overpriced used cars with ZERO attention to safety prior to selling! They sell auction quality cars as Excellent condition and pitch as though cars are thoroughly run through for service. Refused to fix a cracked windshield that only costs $158 to replace after they admitted the repair failed! Don't buy from this dealership who is too cheap to fix a part for such a small price! Managers are disrespectfully to military members and hide in their office vice speaking with customers after a sell is made in order to correct problems! Makes us wonder and worry what else might be lurking in this luxury car we bought from them! BUYER BEWARE! More
Should have read reviews first I cannot remember the name of the Lady who was trying to sell us the car we traveled to GA from SC to look at buying, but she was very polite. We got there and were given the keys to look at an SUV, and after asking about a test drive, we were told that the car had sold online that same morning. As we were headed out the door, we were stopped and told that if we wanted to buy it today, that we could take a closer look at it. After trying to negotiate the price, we were told a set price "out the door." It was a little more than we were hoping, so we went to eat lunch and think about it. We returned within 30 mins, and were told that the price we were given, was not going to be honored. He had gone up $500, and mentioned the $900 dealer fee on top of that. We went back in a third time (by now we should have learned our lesson) and were told that there is no way they were going to sell it to us at that price. They all but called us liars when they quoted a price, and completely wasted our time!!!! Will never return to this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone. More
