“Not a not a dealership of their word” Was supposed to go and purchase a car from this dealership today 9/21/19 at 4:00 told the salesman this morning that we would pay the price that wa Was supposed to go and purchase a car from this dealership today 9/21/19 at 4:00 told the salesman this morning that we would pay the price that was on the statement that they offered us. He agreed to keep the car for us till that time. The salesman call my son back about 3:00 an tells him that they sold the car. BAD BUSINESS would not recommend this dealership to anyone don’t keep their word!!!!! More

I came for a 2014 Nissan Versa Note SV and was at first told I could get it for $0 down and $205 a month, but unfortunately the bank had other plans and wanted $2000 down for that particular car, but I don't fault Infiniti for that.They still were very accommodating and tried to get me into another car that wouldn't require anything down but my heart was stuck on the versa and financially it was not what I was looking for at the time, even though they worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. I would recommend shopping here. Awesome & accommodating staff and immaculate facility! 5 stars! Even though I didn't purchase anything, I hope to be back when I get my finances in order! They left a very good impression. More

Spur of the moment purchase In Augusta for The Masters. My current flashed an alarm for engine maintenance. Was contemplating a new car soon. My son suggested I look at the QX50. I wanted a Jeep Cherokee, owned one 15 years ago. Drove both and purchased a QX50 on the lot. Contina was excellent, not pushy. I did not look at the QX60, too large for me. We received pricing for purchase but my wife and I left dealership for lunch and a discussion. We reviewed internet pricing suggestions. Took our desired price to dealership and they matched it. Out of dealership within 2 hours Contina drove with me to fill up gas tank, good thing she did. Car would not restart. Battery was charged or jumped in gas station and restarted. On my drive home, was called by owner of dealership. He wanted me back to replace batter. Nice touch I live in Florida, they nicely coordinated registration and plates. Will not have service there only because I live away from there More
