Hi , I’m a very unhappy customer!!!! I purchased a 2 year tire warranty for my 2017 q50 2 months ago from your dealership I was told the packet will be mailed to me . I have not received any information regarding my warranty. I’ve called a total of 13 times and left several messages for someone name “Melissa” that processes the warranty and she has not returned my call nor have I received any information regarding my warranty. I spoke with Deon and Shea on several occasions about this matter they to have relayed several messages to “Melissa” but still I’ve gotten no response from her . I’ve paid $250 for this warranty and no one should have to wait 2 months only to receive nothing . Thank you Deon and Shae for being very helpful to me but it seems “Melissa” has other things to do besides processing the paperwork for the warranty that I purchased 2 months ago. I purchased a 2021 QX50 with only 12 miles the end of December, and the second day having the vehicle I noticed that the screens would shut off every 4 minutes. Imagine driving at night, and both screens December, and the second day having the vehicle I noticed that the screens would shut off every 4 minutes. Imagine driving at night, and both screens shuts off and reboots with a super bright light flashing in your eyes every 4 minutes. (I was told it wasn't a safety issue by the service rep) I contacted the service department to get the problem resolved, and lets say it's 8 Feb 2021 and my screens still shuts off. James H., was the rep that called himself helping, however the 1st time they looked at it and he told me they couldn't connect to the satellite to diagnose the problem and he'll let me know when to come back...two weeks later I reached out to him, because I received no follow up. Second time, he gave the same story and said they will order a part which he told me they would do during the 1st appointment just in case, and now the part was on back order. No follow up or up date for like three weeks, so I sent an email/ called and they were still waiting for the part to arrive. (I'm Military and leaving soon, so updates at least every two weeks would be nice so I can backwards plan. ) Third time, the part came in and it was put in, but they had issues connecting the car to the satellite once more, and they would contact me. Well, lets say I'm still waiting to be contacted and I called to speak to the the owner/ manager or someone, and of course they were out and I was told they would call me back, and lets say I'm still waiting. This is the second QX50 I've purchased from them, and the experience was great but maybe customers isn't the number one goal anymore. However, the sells person called me like three times asking me to complete a survey and to give 5 stars or let him know how he can get 5 stars, so I asked to get me screens fixed. He said he would call me by the end of the day with a status and I'm still waiting for his call back. This has been the worst experience with buying a brand new vehicle. More
