As a consumer when you are told that a vehicle has been Pre Certified, of course one tends to think it has under gone total inspection and car certification. No be replacing parts and air conditioner filters with six months or a years time. New or used, if a vechicle has been Pre Certified these types of problems should not be occurring. Can Griffin is atop salesman who has been promoted to a general manager , but is strickly after the dollar. The service department is truly a joke of some kind. When they loan you a vehicle to use it seem as though you are advertising for the business. Who wants to ride around in a vehicle that has big bold print all over the back window reading Napletons Infiniti and a phone number. This is hazardous to the driver you can bearly see out of the back of the window. If you can buy new and buy some place else, these guys do lots of false advertising and make shady promises More

Used car I swear they sold me a lemon. They said they check this used car out good but it's been trouble since day one. I had to take it and leave it for my ai I swear they sold me a lemon. They said they check this used car out good but it's been trouble since day one. I had to take it and leave it for my air to be fixed first which they failed to do. My husband told them it was not fixed before he left but they argued it was. I live 2 hours away so Cam said he would put gas in it for all the trouble. They failed to do so and also everytime we called after to talk to Cam he never called us back. That was the first 30 days after I bought it. It has been almost 3 or 4 months now and my alternator has messed up the air went out ...my two side sliding doors wouldn't open and if they opened they wouldn't close. Speakers popping. It's something electrical I believe. They were the nicest people before and right after we bought it. Then get it home and no one wanted to deal with us. I've meant to write a review for a few months and have not. I would walk everywhere before I bought another car from this crooked place. I did not care for the manager either. I think his name was mark but forget. The service department had no clue anything they were doing either which is probably why everything "checked out great" on the car. More
