Friday 6/7/24- called service dept. 5 times between 3-4pm and let ring 20 times. No answer and no way to leave message. My name is Sharon Upton, I had a wonderful experience at Miracle Infiniti of Augusta. I purchased a 2024 QX 50 and this was truly a blessing!! I want to give highly respect to the the Miracle Infinity of Au Miracle Infiniti of Augusta. I purchased a 2024 QX 50 and this was truly a blessing!! I want to give highly respect to the the Miracle Infinity of Augusta family for treating me with respect, kindness and nothing but loyalty and love through the whole process. Johnny Royal/ Reuben Wilson are truly a God sent and I recommend everyone to come out to experience the loyalty that I received!!! Infiniti Customers BEWARE! ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MIRACLE INFINITI!! I took my vehicle to Miracle Infiniti of Augusta because my brakes were squealing. They charged me m ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MIRACLE INFINITI!! I took my vehicle to Miracle Infiniti of Augusta because my brakes were squealing. They charged me money and I paid for services that were not performed. Then I took my vehicle back an additional 3 more times because the brakes were still squealing. Initially I paid for rear brake pads and rotors....then the 4th time, they told me as a courtesy they would do the same thing to the front that the did to the rear. I ended up taking my vehicle to another dealership and paid to have my vehicle serviced. When that dealership tore down my vehicle they noticed that the rear brake pads were the lowest level of Nissan products, shims were missing, rotors were not new and the front had not received any service (all old products on the front-front brake pads were down to a dangerous level of 3mm). I have tried to contact the General Manager, Johnny Royal and the Owner, Mike Murphy and they will not contact me. I should be reimbursed for my services that were not performed. As a woman, I trusted them to service my vehicle! This dealership needs to be shutdown!! Bad business! I have all of my parts that were taken off my vehicle for evidence as well as invoices! More
