2014 Dodge Grandcarvan - oil change/rotate tires. I took my van in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I had the most pleasant time. I walked in and went to the service area where I tol I took my van in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I had the most pleasant time. I walked in and went to the service area where I told Woody Garber what I was there for. I was actually just planning on dropping the van off because my appointment was for the next day. But, to my surprise, Woody said they would be able to do it right away. This was awesome because I did not have to try to find someone to take me to pick up the van. The service was great. After they were finished, Woody came out to give me my keys. He was very nice. He even told me about a lot of the other services they offer. I will be going back with all my vehicles since they have very reasonable rates and the staff is very nice to deal with. Thank you Woody for taking the time today and giving me such good service. More

to the powers that be What has happened to the customer service department? I am hoping my last experience was an anomaly as it was so out of range of my previous experienc What has happened to the customer service department? I am hoping my last experience was an anomaly as it was so out of range of my previous experiences which have been very positive to this point. This experience hardly passed as a "customer service" and more closely resembeled a customer nuisance... a message for the powers that be who make too much money anyway: GET IT TOGETHER I AM NOT COMING BACK!!!. Perhaps if you treated your employees better, they could serve your customers better. (just a wild guess) More

Better! I have to say that my service experience was turned around from bad to great. I got a great deal on my truck back a few years ago and had to come for I have to say that my service experience was turned around from bad to great. I got a great deal on my truck back a few years ago and had to come for my warranty. The managers did what they said they would do and cleared up a lot of bad information I got from the old managers. I'll be back! More
