Service Department goes above and beyond Anthony's Service Department has been taking care of my '96 Dodge Caravan (yes, a '96 with nearly 225,000 miles on it), for the past 12+ years. Our g Anthony's Service Department has been taking care of my '96 Dodge Caravan (yes, a '96 with nearly 225,000 miles on it), for the past 12+ years. Our goal is to try and keep it running to at least 300,000 miles. Two weeks ago it was in to have the water pump replaced. Only a few days later it developed a heater hose leak. Unfortunately, after a nation-wide search for the parts, only one of the two hoses needed was available. After debating whether it was time to finally put the van to "rest," the guys in the service department were able to fabricate the hose needed. Woody Garber, the main service advisor we worked with, was very helpful in seeing the process through, as was Eric Miller. Kuddos to their service techs who were able to keep my vehicle "on the road." More

Sales always great, Service down hill! My husband and I have been customers for over 15 years having bought at least 7 new vehicles through Hal Brown during that time! We love Hal's customer service and feel he really works for his clients to find what they want and the best fit. Over the years we have referred many friends and family who have also purchased! All that being said, over the last several years it seems that the service department, and their version of customer service, has definitely gone down hill. Recently on two occasions, one myself and one with my aunt (who purchased) we felt as though we were being spoken to like we were moron's! Whether it be that Woody was just having a bad day or whatever the situation, it just seems that the longer you are a customer the less they put any effort into provide good customer service. I have seriously considered switching to a another dealer for service work. We drive more than 40 miles round trip for this dealer, and it no longer feels worth it! We are now looking to buy a car for our youngest son, and it is sad to say, I DO NOT intend to buy from them!!! More

Dealership Service Went the Extra Mile for Me! I brought my Lexus in for service since I purchased it from Anthony's. I was having an engine misfire but it only happened the once. Woody Garber and Eric Miller did research on line and found a Warranty Enhancement for an Engine Misfire with Lexus Models 2006 to 2010 - my car was a 2007. They recommended taking it to a Lexus dealer which I did - because Woody and Eric went the extra mile and found the problem for me, I was able to get a total engine rebuild! If this had not been found, it would have cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket! With the print out Woody and Eric gave me, I was able to explain it better to the Lexus dealership. It cost me nothing! A great big thanks to you guys!! More
