I did not buy my Jeep here, but have been here for service several times. Their service department is incompetent. I am not one to post negative reviews, but they damaged my vehicle and are refusing t service several times. Their service department is incompetent. I am not one to post negative reviews, but they damaged my vehicle and are refusing to reimburse me for the damage they caused. At the last visit, I called about having my battery replaced, received a quote and brought my vehicle in. While waiting, Grace from the service dept came over and said the battery they quoted me on wasn't in stock, but a better battery was available for almost 2x the price. I said no thanks, that I would get a battery elsewhere. After several minutes, I walked around to the service bay and saw a man putting the battery back in my vehicle. He was struggling with something for about 10 minutes and then Grace came over and they were both hunched over the battery area of my Jeep for another 10 minutes. I called out and said that I needed to leave. They finished up and brought my vehicle to me. I purchased a battery elsewhere and my husband put it in later that day. He said that they had stripped one of the battery terminals and the bolt was in crooked. He was able to put another bolt in to temporarily hold it together. I took my Jeep to another dealership for an inspection and to have them put in the correct bolt on the battery terminal. They told me that in addition to stripping the battery terminal, they had also damaged a sensor. Total cost to fix the damage they caused was $217.98 plus tax. Spoke with Wayne the service department manager and got an argument. He said to send him the invoice via email. Wayne has refused to respond to my emails. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to the Pennsylvania State Attorney General. I would suggest that others who have these kinds of problems with them do the same. In the past, they have never topped up fluids when servicing my vehicle and will send me a letter in the mail a couple of weeks later stating that it's time to have "my Jeep's coolant topped up" and similar things - things that they should have done when it was in for service 2 weeks prior. I have also noticed in reading their reviews, that every time they have a bad review, that they get their family, friends and aliases to make up fake good reviews to try and balance out all of the legitimate bad reviews. Buyer beware!! More

They "fixed" it, charged my service plan and me a $100 deductible. About 6 weeks later, same problem. Bring the vehicle back in, they "fix" it again, and charge my service plan and me another $100 deductible - again. Three (3) weeks later - SAME problem! I called them and informed them of the issue. They asked me to bring the vehicle back in AGAIN, which I did not have time to do right away due to work and scheduling issues. I finally made an appointment to bring it in AGAIN over the holidays to fix the issue for the THIRD time. They HOPEFULLY fixed it properly this time, charged my service plan AGAIN and wanted me to pay YET ANOTHER $100 deductible! When I picked up the car, they were unable to run my card for some reason. I then received a threatening email from the service manager - Amanda, a day later saying that if I did not contact them they would send it to collections for the $100. I called her back to discuss the fact that I have had the car in 3 times over the past year for the same issue and they failed to fix it properly the first 2 times. She said "oh it was actually a different part each time, so I can't waive the deductible." Talked to Chris the GM - "he gets calls like this 15 to 20 times a week". I told him that is not a very good track record for his service department if that is the case - Response: "I'm sorry you feel that way!" WOW!!! - Will NEVER go back there! More

SERVICE I am not happy with this dealers service department . I have two events now where they have demonstrated sloppy workmanship. I purchased a 2016 Jeep R I am not happy with this dealers service department . I have two events now where they have demonstrated sloppy workmanship. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade and when I picked it up after they did their new car prep all of the tires were at 49psi when the correct setting is 35psi. I did the adjustments myself and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I just had the first oil change and there was no improvement from my first impression . My Jeep was given back to me with the driver side front carpet and door jam full of mud and dirt from the mechanic who worked on it. I was given another customers paperwork on the multi point inspection and when I drove back and turned in the other customers paperwork the person at the service desk threw it in the trash and that speaks for itself . The fluids were not topped off the tire pressure was not at the correct setting again. This is a simple oil, lube and multi point inspection with a tire rotation and if they cannot handle this I shutter the thought of something major being dealt with . I did check the oil and it was changed their mechanic left me proof when he checked the level oil drops were on the engine compartment. They position their warranty in such a way where you need to go to them for the lifetime engine replacement guarantee.. As long as I follow the Chrysler schedule I can have it serviced anywhere and they have to honor the Chrysler warranty.. Their lifetime engine warranty that they throw in I will gladly pass on it because if the engine did go after the Chrysler warranty expires (5yr 60k) I would rather buy another SUV . I am taking my Renegade to my regular mechanic that I have used for the last (20) yrs and they will do the normal scheduled maintenance .. There is a Chevy, Ford, Kia and Subaru dealer within a short distance of my home I have two other Jeeps besides the Renegade and when they need to be traded in I will consider another product line. My Grand Cherokee is (12) yrs old and the Chevy Dealer near my home worked on it when the 4x4 system and the electrical system both were not working last year. They did their GM multi point inspection and topped off all the fluids in addition to fixing the issues. They took better care of my Jeep which is not even their vehicle then this dealer where I just spent $25K in March for the Renegade. I will remember all of this when it is time to purchase another new vehicle. The Chevy Equinox, Kia Sportage, Subaru Crosstrek may not go where my Grand Cherokee, Liberty or Renegade can but they will get the job done close enough to consider a change ........ Also if I have to go to them for warranty work and they fail to provide it I will not hesitate to go to the State Attorney Generals Office and file a complaint . More

Since I was brought in right before close (and well after business hours of rental places) I was left in a difficult spot with respect to securing a ride home. Fortunately they have Chuck Whitby on the staff. He called up his wife, said he was going to be late for dinner, and drove me the hour+ trip back home to Allentown. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have crossed paths with him. And if that's how he treats a stranger with no financial incentive ( there's no chance I was looking to buy), then I can only imagine how positive the experience must be if you are actually looking for a vehicle. Do yourself a favor when you go there and ask for Chuck; he'll do right by you. More
