I contacted the dealership by email about a jeep tha This was by far the easiest and least stressful experience I have ever experienced buying a car. I contacted the dealership by email about a jeep that I had seen on their website and one of their salesman Mark emailed me back right a way, I let him know what I was interested in how much I wanted to pay per month and discussed my trade in value all through a few emails. Mark sent me a credit application that I filled out and emailed back and the deal was done. There was no sitting around the dealership for hours wasting your entire day off!! Mark emailed me on Monday and by Wednesday night the deal was done! When I went in to pick up my new Jeep it took less than an hour to test drive it and sign the paper work!! Honestly the best experience Ive ever had,I will definitely be back when Im ready to buy again!!!! Thanks Mark for making this process so pleasant!!!!! More

Deceptive advertising I received a flyer in the mail the said I had won something and I am in the market to buy a car for my son so I thought I would check it out it's clos I received a flyer in the mail the said I had won something and I am in the market to buy a car for my son so I thought I would check it out it's close to where I work and even though I had been there once before and wasn't happy with the service, I thought I would give them another shot. When I arrived no one wanted to help me I walked all the way around the lot and not one person came out to talk to me even though someone said they would. I eventually had to go inside and then back outside again where I had to ask a man who was smoking out front whether they had any Jeeps on a lot. He directed me to another man who took me back inside, discarded the fob that was part of their gimmick to win a car telling me that it wasn't a winner. Then he took me outside to show me a car that wasn't there. When I came back inside he gave me a card, told me to go online and look. He and no way engaged me talked about the difference between buying new or used or give me any other information about Jeeps at other dealers within their group. When I asked him about the flyer which specifically said I had won something he took me over to a board looked at a number on a different part of the flyer and told me that I hadn't won. When I questioned him on the deceptive nature of telling me that I had one when really I hadn't, he replied " We have to get you through the door somehow." When I suggested that this was a unethical way to get me in the door, he handed me two lottery scratch off tickets. At no time during my visit or in the previous visit did I ever feel valued as a customer potential customer or human being. I will never go back there nor will I ever buy a car from them. More
