A Different Dealership It is rare to find a car dealership that genuinely is concerned about the well-being of its customers and not just making a sale. This is the fourth car I've bought from a dealership and by far this was the best experience. My sales representative, Robbie Sadler, helped me check out the inside and outside of the vehicle to make as I made sure the car was in good condition. Little things like being offered cold water on a sweltering hot day. People like the sales manager, John Senick, making you feel at home, regardless of whether you buy a vehicle or not. Many dealerships will claim they are family friendly - and perhaps they are, but Anthony's really is different. Another sales rep helped me answer a question about the interior of the vehicle before I traveled a significant distance to examine the vehicle. I felt like I wasn't just a means to an end as a potential customer, but rather I was important as a person and my questions and concerns were clarified not solely due to possibly buying a vehicle but because examining my concerns in a thorough and honest manner was - and is - the right thing to do. More

I had a previous bad experience with another sales person and Robbie and John, once made aware of my situation, took immediate action to rectify the situation. They both showed me the respect and cooperation that a customer deserves and then some. They both went above and beyond to repair our relationship and for this, I will now be a loyal and dedicated customer again. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with my new car buying experience as a direct result of both Robbie and John. They should both be acknowledge for their hard work and repairing a relationship with a loyal longtime customer. My compliments to the dealer Went to look at the new Chysler 200 (2015). After telling Mark was I was looking for he was able to put me in a car. Then he had a same model 200 but Went to look at the new Chysler 200 (2015). After telling Mark was I was looking for he was able to put me in a car. Then he had a same model 200 but diferent color and more bell and whistles and called me and told me about it. The numbers were able to be worked out the first time no running back and forth. This experience hardly passed as a "customer service" and more closely resembeled a customer nuisance... a message for the powers that be who make too much money anyway: GET IT TOGETHER I AM NOT COMING BACK!!!. Found my limited town & country I was looking for. I was shopping online using car guru and clicked on a 2008 t&c limited. Ray responded via E-mail.,left me his cell number & business hours. Elverson was o good hour from me,I could'nt get down for a couole days.We talked on phone,he answerd my questions.I went to dealership fri.eve.met Ray,looked & test drove the van,While they acessed my van for a trade in.I loved the van,I didnt like the price they allowed me for my van,but I understood they really did'nt want a van with 206,000 miles on it.Ray met me 1/2 way & left me keep my old van while lowering his price some. Ray was patient with me,was'nt pushy.I bought the van & love it!! More

We went on Sunday and looked around the lot. I saw a van I was very interested in. I called Monday and spoke to Ray Dymond. He was very friendly. My husband and I went out Monday when he was done work. Thanks to the awesome staff we were able to take the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan home with us that night. He paid careful attention to the small but important list I had a very pleasurable experience working with Hal Brown at Anthony D'Ambrosio dealership. He paid careful attention to the small but important list of wants and needs that I wanted in my new 2014 Jeep Cherokee, and was able to find this vehicle for me very quickly. When we arrived at the dealership to do the paperwork he explained the entire vehicle and went out for a test drive. When we came back the paperwork was ready for us to sign. We have been dealing with Anthony's dealership for about 15 years and will continue to purchase our vehicles with Hal Brown.
