Customer Service ABOVE and BEYOND! I was locked out of my car today in 100 degree weather (my own fault I know) even worse both keys were in my car. Hal called me back to see if I was ok and when I told him Jeep couldn't help me. He asked where I was and said hang tight we will help you. Respectable dealer I had the pleasure of dealing with Robbie at Anthony D'Amdrosio Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge. After doing a lot of research online and narrowing my search to I had the pleasure of dealing with Robbie at Anthony D'Amdrosio Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge. After doing a lot of research online and narrowing my search to a few options I wanted to take an opportunity to get hands on with a New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I made Robbie aware of my intentions to test drive and get seat time and further evaluate my decision. He had an Automatic on the lot I was interested in but after driving I wanted to also test a 6 speed. He didn't have one I was interested in at the moment so I moved on with my search to other local dealers. I didn't receive pressure into a sale or forced to compromise my ideals in order to get a sale. After searching high and low for an elusive 6spd Jeep around my area, I visited called or emailed 6 other dealers, I test drove one at another local dealer. While still not completely decided the second dealer rushed me to the finance table and started pushing numbers on me. I refused to deal until I had time to think clear. I was emailed a sale opportunity by Robbie back at D'Ambrosio and took a minute to call before visiting again. This time I took notice to a manual on his lot and although it had some additions above and beyond what I was looking for, I was happy to test drive it and take a look. Robbie rode along and again did not pressure, just answered questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. Ultimately, we got to brass tax and talked numbers after my wife and I got a few minutes to review our options. Even in the finance stage we felt in the driver seat. We were offered a fair price on our new Jeep, we were offered a fair value on our trade, and did not feel forced, rushed or otherwise coaxed into making a snap decision on a large life important decision. Even in Saturday as the others wrapped up and headed home Robbie and the Finance Officer stayed late to finalize our deal and send us home in our new vehicle. I can't express how refreshing it was to have a salesmen just listen to our concerns and answer our questions without worry of getting a sale. As I said I had contact with 6 different dealers over the course of two weeks and our choice was Robbie and D'Ambrosio. I hope to continue the relationship with the dealership thru our service of our Jeep and when the time comes I will surely visit to see what they may have for my next purchase!
