Dealership Service Went the Extra Mile for Me! I brought my Lexus in for service since I purchased it from Anthony's. I was having an engine misfire but it only happened the once. Woody Garber an I brought my Lexus in for service since I purchased it from Anthony's. I was having an engine misfire but it only happened the once. Woody Garber and Eric Miller did research on line and found a Warranty Enhancement for an Engine Misfire with Lexus Models 2006 to 2010 - my car was a 2007. They recommended taking it to a Lexus dealer which I did - because Woody and Eric went the extra mile and found the problem for me, I was able to get a total engine rebuild! If this had not been found, it would have cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket! With the print out Woody and Eric gave me, I was able to explain it better to the Lexus dealership. It cost me nothing! A great big thanks to you guys!! More
