Service Department goes above and beyond Anthony's Service Department has been taking care of my '96 Dodge Caravan (yes, a '96 with nearly 225,000 miles on it), for the past 12+ years. Our g Anthony's Service Department has been taking care of my '96 Dodge Caravan (yes, a '96 with nearly 225,000 miles on it), for the past 12+ years. Our goal is to try and keep it running to at least 300,000 miles. Two weeks ago it was in to have the water pump replaced. Only a few days later it developed a heater hose leak. Unfortunately, after a nation-wide search for the parts, only one of the two hoses needed was available. After debating whether it was time to finally put the van to "rest," the guys in the service department were able to fabricate the hose needed. Woody Garber, the main service advisor we worked with, was very helpful in seeing the process through, as was Eric Miller. Kuddos to their service techs who were able to keep my vehicle "on the road." More

Sometimes dealers spiff up a car and its appearance doesn't hold up. This car still looks new several months later. The service department is great. When we took the car in for a regular service, they took us in on short notice, let us know there was a recall notice on the vehicle, and completed both the service and the recall replacement in less than two hours. When we expressed our appreciation, the service manager said, "You're the reason I'm here. If I don't make you happy, I'm out of a job." That seems to be the attitude of everyone at Anthony's! More
