Chris Eskridge Vice President & General Manager could not have given me a better trade in number on my truck, in fact I was overwhelmed. You have to understand that my truck was an 09 Ram with incredibly low miles and it looked almost new, so it held it's valued well. The 2011 300C I purchased was priced in my opinion under market value. That doesn't mean I would have payed more, it just means they priced it right. I purchased an excellent extended warranty from Kevin Mazur Business Manager who explained my oppositions to me so I could make the best choice. And last but not least Mark Lodzuk Sales Consultant, he helped me set up my blue tooth Andriod and off I went. I've always loved Dodge and Chrysler products and couldn't be happier with all the guys at Anthony D'Ambrosio! More

Great experience After searching the web for several month I came across a 2012 Dodge challenger , called the dealer to discuss coming to see the vehicle . Since I was over 2 hours away in NJ I made part of the preliminary deal over the phone . When I arrived at the dealer I was greated and treated with respect , I am always nervous when dealing with a car dealer do to past experiences but I got none of the typical BS they were straight forward and didn't try to push anything I didn't want on me . My sales man was Chuck Whitby who was a very nice person to deal with he even went as far as to offer me lunch while waiting which was very nice of him ! Also I have to mention John Senick who assisted him in getting the paper work and credit app was a pleasure to deal with . So I would definitely recommend this dealer and thank them for not making my long drive there for nothing . More

2nd Jeep I purchased here! I recently traded my 4 door Wrangler (which I bought from Mark) for a 2 door Wrangler and again the service was great! Most of our deal was done through email and a couple phone calls. No crazy, sitting at a desk and talking to the Sales Manager and taking hours to negotiate a deal. We came to an agreement and Mark processed the paperwork, we set up a time to pick up the new jeep and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. Great Job Again Mark! Thank you! Carol More
Searched far and wide Starting my own business last winter I visited half a dozen dealerships and scoured the northeast for a crew cab 2500 as the clock on the start of the Starting my own business last winter I visited half a dozen dealerships and scoured the northeast for a crew cab 2500 as the clock on the start of the irrigation installation season began to run down. At every corner I was misled, manipulated and often plain lied to by every other other dealer. One phone call with Hal Brown at Anthony D'Ambrosio's and he had located the exact truck I needed and he was putting together a great deal for me. On the second phone call he had the truck ready to be outfitted with toolboxes, running boards, etc. I was in the field on the day it was delivered but it was in service the following day and has been out 7 days a week since. I never felt as though I was being "sold" on anything which is why I took Hal's advice on the 100k warranty and I am glad I did as I have nearly 24,000 miles on the truck in the 6 months since I purchased it. The warranty is just one of many examples of how being able to trust these folks resulted in me receiving a much greater value for my money than even the numbers reflect. The vehicle is incredible with beautiful interior and tough as nails exterior that takes a licking. However, it's the trustworthiness and personal touches that separate these guys from the rest. Everyone I dealt with at Anthony D'Ambrosio's were knowledgeable, professional and helped turn a stressful time consuming task into an easy and enjoyable process with a beautiful Laramie at the end. I rest easy knowing that when it's time to add another truck to the fleet I won't have to look around. Thank again Hal, my apologies for the tardy review but I've been busy enjoying those air conditioned seats. More
pushy sales people that promise you the world Dont even go there. They are very pushy when selling you a vehicle. We bought a van with an extra warranty for $2000.00 dollars and was promised it covered everything and when we called due to electrical issues I found out that this is not the case and along with 100.00 that has to be paid up front i will probably have to pay for diagnostics which is"charged by the hour ". This was not discussed at time of sale. So they were happy to take my 2000.00 for the warranty but when I come to use it there is an issue ? Maybe they could give me my 2000.00 back that should cover it!! Also in the past right when we bought our van I needed a car so we trusted them (at the time, dont make the same mistake, please dont, not unless you have money to waste and in that case just give them the money you would be better off) and I bought a car from them. That night I did not want to buy a car but was shopping around. I had test drove one of their cars for the night and did not want it to ac issues. They had some sales people from out of state (stated they were from Arkansas) and one of them harrassed me for hours and I finally decided to buy a car. When I got home I knew that I had made a mistake and first thing that morning I went back asking them to reconsider this purchase that I had made a mistake. They laughed at me and told me they would not and "that I deserved a reliable car". Two months later on my way to a job interview the car broke down and I had to wait hours for a tow truck. They do not care about you just about what they make off of you. There service department is not understanding and you will overpay and they stink at customer service. I dont think I have seen one person smile in that department. More
