AWSOME Sales Man / AWSOME Dealership We stopped at D'Ambrosio's later afternoon on a Saturday to check out what used trucks they had on their lot. Not realizing that it was actually 4:05 We stopped at D'Ambrosio's later afternoon on a Saturday to check out what used trucks they had on their lot. Not realizing that it was actually 4:05PM, the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Chuck Whitby came out to greet us on the lot and showed us the trucks we were interested in. He was very knowledgably of the trucks were looking at. After taking a test drive we made our decision and started the process of purchasing a truck. It was about 6:30PM when we finished everything and were ready to take our new truck home. Come to find out that the dealership closed at 4:00PM and we were helped just as if the dealership wasn’t close and it wasn’t a holiday weekend. In addition to us being helped by Chuck and the dealership even though they were technically closed it was also Chuck’s birthday and he was due home to celebrate his birthday with his family but instead took the time to help us. We will surely be going back to Chuck Whitby and the Anthony D’Ambrosio’s dealership when we are ready for our next vehicle purchase. More

Since I was brought in right before close (and well after business hours of rental places) I was left in a difficult spot with respect to securing a ride home. Fortunately they have Chuck Whitby on the staff. He called up his wife, said he was going to be late for dinner, and drove me the hour+ trip back home to Allentown. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have crossed paths with him. And if that's how he treats a stranger with no financial incentive ( there's no chance I was looking to buy), then I can only imagine how positive the experience must be if you are actually looking for a vehicle. Do yourself a favor when you go there and ask for Chuck; he'll do right by you. More
